IKEA parking lot. It's clean and seems recently renewed. Staff is very helpful. Pricing is a bit higher than just north of market but in a pinch it was suffice.
Parking lit is safe.
The line of getting out of the garage took more than 15 min, so we are asked to pay 20 dollars again in order to get out. The help support straightly hang up our call twice. This is the most ridiculous parking garage I have been to. Avoid it at any costs

Extremely deceptive. Advertised $3 per 15 minute parking on all signs when you enter and outside - only upon EXIT and payment does it show it’s a flat $20 weekend rate. So I paid $20 for a 13 minute visit.
I parked here yesterday from 11am to 7 pm, and used the Parkwhiz app. It was $20 and had no problems with scanning the code. Make sure not to grab a ticket if you buy parking in an app. I was scared to leave my car unattended since a lot of people in other parking garage reviews have said that theres a theft ring, people come to garages and break windows to take stuff. however there are security cameras in the garage and a security guard in the front entrance of the building supervising. I felt much safer leaving my car here.
Parked here for a concert at the Warfield. Very close by, paid only $15 for a bit more than 3 hours, and a lot of spaces. Some bad driver parked over the line and almost blocked me in but can't blame the garage for that.
Most of the pay stations were down, just paid at the exit. There is indeed a bunch of homeless people camping at the car entrance, but the people entrance is fine.
Gate was working, going up and down.
Fraudulent business. Claims "your spot is reserved" when no such thing has happened -- it's first-come-first serve. All the parking app reservation does is monetize for the business with zero value to the consumer.
Used my ParkMobile app to pay for parking. When leaving I scanned my phone barcode to complete transaction. Then scan failed. When I ask attendant for assistance he told me that the garage did not accept payment via this company. I was then forced to pay another $20 dollars to the attendant, on top of the $13 that I had payed them through ParkMobile. The attendant then gave me an inaccurate receipt that indicated that I arrived at 10:02 am and was charged $30 to someone else’s Visa Card. I provided ParkMobile with a copy of time/date stamped surveillance video of me leaving my home, which is 2 hours away from the parking garage, at 10:34 am. I have yet to receive a refund from ParkMobile or 945 Market Parking. 945 Market Parking does not even answer their phone. These guys are crooks.
