A drop-off and pick-up point for FlixBus, a division of Greyhound bus lines. Drivers I had were safe and courteous., And one of them was even a previous 18-wheeler driver with 10 years experience. This was from Houston to Dallas last week. After passing through Buffalo Texas halfway to Dallas from downtown Houston... A freak thunderstorm had blown through! Cross winds gusting up to 65 mph, with blinding rain and hail. The bus driver said this

"I have over 10 years experience driving 18 wheelers... It was just me and cargo I'd keep on truckin'! But now that I'm a passenger bus operator, I'm pulling over for safety reasons. All of your lives are in my hands, if I continue down the road we are a high-profile vehicle and will flip over the result has lots of death could have been prevented! Please bear with me until this storm passes, thank you."

This experience I had as a bus passenger toward a driver. He's courteous and friendly and above all he is very safe.

Nowhere to sit no bathroom no shade no signs no schedule posted

This place sucks.

If you choose the Greyhound line, show up in a car so you can sit and wait for the bus.

You are subjected to the elements of weather. There is no building, no chairs, no restrooms.

In addition, you are subjected drug addicts, panhandle ( some aggressive), and derilects.

This is NOT a safe location for anyone.

It is dirty and unattended.

Pitiful

This is just a open parking area. No shelter or roof, nothing for sitting. There is a Starbucks across the street, which can used for waiting for the bus.

Crazy location, literally looks like a back alley, but it's across the street from a strip of businesses. Eh, didn't spend too much time here, ordered and uber after we got off of the bus and got outta there.

This was in Houston area the bus stop they should definitely create something more for people having in a parking lot a very small not very it's not that it's not safe you just you get that feeling that it's not safe nothing happened but just saying overall I think for the money that they get they should definitely build something for their customers or their passengers or everyday person who buys your ticket I think you guys get more than plenty of money but my personal opinion

Informative. He LAYED out the rules for riding on the bus.

I truly felt safe.

Plus the round trip ticket

Was less than a half of tank of gas ⛽. I'll definitely will be using this service again

Does the flux buses still go there? Just wondering and need advice now since I be heading to dall Monday and have no clue if it's the correct stop to catch the bus there
