Best WLM Reviews

We took over a huge table as a party of 7 and Jenna accommodated us beautifully! Her pleasing personality was refreshing and she helped to kick off our vacation with a bang! Our food was tasty, reasonably priced and freshly made. Emanuel came out from the kitchen to check on us and he went over and beyond to make our meal enjoyable!
Jenna was our waitress for dinner. She made many recommendations that were spot on! We stopped in for their buffet breakfast and once again we were well pleased. The biscuits and gravy were awesome!
First off, throw the menu on here out the window. There are only a few items from the online menu that are available, and nothing is priced accurately. I'm currently still waiting on my order, patiently, I might add (bbq bacon burger with red skin potatoes). It's been about 20 minutes since I've placed my order (drink and food) and no one has checked on me yet to see if I'd like a refill or given me an update on my food order. The service isn't friendly or even personable to say the least. I would assume this is why the place is basically vacant with the exception of myself and one other patron. I have seen a couple of to go orders placed. They're still waiting as well I might add. Management may want to correct some "things" before they have to close the doors. I'll update as soon as I leave...
I've left, as stated above I ordered red skin potatoes. Instead I got French fries (they were good). When I brought this to the food runners attention I was told they were out. I was never given a chance to change my order.
The burger was cooked to order and was pretty tasty. The bun was soft and fresh and all toppings seemed to be fresh and crisp.
All in all I probably won't be back. I hope they change their ways as it has incredibly great potential to be a great business.
The bartender at this bar needs a bit more educational on forms of identification. She wasn’t going to serve me because my license stated “Not for federal use” which has nothing to do with the purchase of alcohol. She looked at me and stated “I can loose my job” even though she sold alcohol to my step dad which had the same thing on his Kentucky drivers license. It was way to expensive to top it all off.
Not enough choices at all. Went here because we were staying at the hotel so we came down for dinner and ended up leaving to go elsewhere. The online menu looks great but get to the place and they have almost nothing from the online menu. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the server was great . Will go back if they add too the menu.
Thank you for the best caesar salad ever. I am not used to feeling so welcome at a hotel bar, Jenna the bartender was friendly, efficient, faster than lightning. Tionka was also kind and supervising the whole dinner situation. She also made the best breakfast. Chef Ryan made Mardi gras pasta which was fabulous.
Disappointed. I guess the first clue should have been that even though the hotel was booked to capacity, we were the ONLY couple there. I ordered salmon and it took 20 minutes to even come back and tell me they were out of salmon. This was about 6:30 in the evening. They did comp my chicken pasta, which had good flavor.
I ordered the chicken fingers .. waited 30 min. When it finally came out it looked ok. Started eating it and it tasted funny but I was hungry and didn't want to wait for another.. woke up couple hours later and was bad sick.. I mean bad. Think food poisoning. Never ever will I eat there again.. zero stars.
