I bought a 2006 Dodge Caravan from this place while I was on vacation I live in Kentucky 1700 miles I drove That van back no problems. It did wonderful on gas and it did not use any oil when I come back out there in a few months for another vacation. I plan on buying another vehicle if they have one that I like.
They were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the car I got and they came got it right away. It was raining and I had my kids with me the gentleman who came and got it waited for our ride let us sit in the car til it came before he took it. The team there is amazing. I will definitely go back for another car.
I bought a 1996 Lincoln Towncar from this company everything about the car is like new condition. for a 1996 it only has 180,000 miles in it and I've put atleast 4k on it since buying it 45 days ago. Also some junkie decided to steal my paper plate. The female in the office was happy to reprint it for me at no charge.
Great place and people. Bought a suburban off them in may and this week the ac started blowing warm so I called them up as I know they work on cars. Only took them 30 minutes to get my air blowing colder than winter in Minnesota.
Reliable, honest, and caring owners and employees. Come here if your "mechanic" can't figure out what's wrong with your vehicle, they will properly diagnose instead of just throwing parts at it.
Went to buy the 03 dodge Dakota. I knew there would be some problems because it’s an older truck. It was in decent condition for the year and I was ready to buy it. Took it to my mechanic and had a list of things that needed to be done like radiator, brakes 4 new tires plus multiple leaking areas and such that would eventually need to be done. They said that was already why they had lowerd the price by $600 and the gentleman I dealt with was nice and understanding and willing to lower it down an additional 500 for me. I still couldn’t afford it especially knowing all the work would need to be done to it. So when I approached the lady with my list of things she argued with me angrily about how he didn’t have the authority to lower the price that much in the first place and said my list was ridiculous and is normal with the age of the truck. I understand the price I was asking was low. However there’s no need to insult someone coming to buy a car from you, especially one that still needs this much work. The things will still need to be fixed either by them or by me. I do not recommend this dealership after my encounter with this specific lady. She doesn’t care about her customers or the quality of car she’s selling.
I have not dealt with their towing business, but as a used car lot, I am very favorably impressed! I have been buying used cars for about 40 years. I have never seen a lot with more reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and I have never felt pressured about buying. They don't try to pretend that a 12-year old car is from a little old lady in Pasadena and therefore worth a price that is 20% over Blue Book. I have no problem at all recommending this lot to others who are looking for older, lower cost cars and trucks.
I originally thought I was dealing with a private party, so when I was told to meet at the lot, I was initially apprehensive. I was avoiding dealerships because I didn't want "The sleazy car sales experience." Pulling into the lot did not exactly reassure me. It's a small dirt lot with tow trucks parked out front, and the office... needed sprucing up. However once I started looking at the car my fears quickly subsided. I was not pressured at all in the least to buy. I was allowed to take a very extensive test drive, and the man riding with me reassured me multiple times that he did not want me to make a decision to buy until I was completely comfortable with it. He was quick to answer any and all questions on the vehicle. The price was great compared to similar vehicles I saw and purchasing was hassle free. Was the car in perfect condition? Sadly not. But the issues were minor (fluid leaks, stuck window, old wiper blades, personal items left in car and jammed CD player etc.) And I was fully aware that I was buying the car as is, and frankly I expected some issues with a car with these kinda miles on it. In the end, for an 'as is corner lot', the process was as straightforward as could be. Would visit again.
