Best WLM Reviews

We ate on the patio with our doggies. They are very accommodating for them, even bringing them their own water and a bowl. Several staff came out to give them pets.
We both got burgers, and they were incredible. I got the Taos burger. Absolutely delicious. This is not a first date burger. You almost need a shower afterward. The fried green chile slice was awesome. My wife got the 5star burger and loved it.
We got the fried green beans and French fries.
The green chile mayo was very tasty.
Lastly our server, Charlotte, was awesome. She answered our questions about Taos. Gave us information about how the burgers are made and how the chiles are acquired. Very helpful and nice.
If your coming through Taos, this is a must see stop
Don’t go to this place in the evening. Pretty sure the chefs were upset that we ordered last minute. This town closes so early it’s hard to find a dinner place. Paid $40+ for two burnt burgers with soggy buns and A Caesar salad with Parmesan cheese you get out of a packet???? plus their fryer was broken and they didn’t give me my two sodas i ordered. We tried to call but the shut off their phones right away. Definitely calling tomorrow when they open to get my money back.
Great burger! Wife had the pulled pork, which was also good! Waitress was friendly, there was no wait. An overall great experience!
Its been a week since i ate here and i still cant stop thinking about the burger i had so a 5 star review is well deserved. I feel like the picture i took does not do justice on how good it looks. We ordered the Taos Burger. The burger was perfect. Thick, juicy patty, melted cheddar cheese with grilled onions sealed under it. The bun held together perfectly. The fried green chili was crispy and spicy. It goes perfect with the burger. The coleslaw was delicious as well. Im not sure if they make it to order because you can tell it was freshly made. The cabbage mix wasn't even soggy yet. The sweet potato fries were okay for me, still good nonetheless. Overall, this place lives up to its name. If you're in Taos, this place is a MUST TRY.
Their burgers are great. Idk if they've made improvements in the past year but our service has been great lately. I take my kiddos every time we go and they love the food too. Their servers are fast and friendly. Their green chile mayo is AMAZING.
5 Star serves a great burger. I ordered the 5 Star, which comes with gorgonzola and bacon. Amazing. What I enjoyed the most was sitting on the patio and talking with our server. Great people and atmosphere.
The Burgers didn’t have much taste, the meat was dry, and so was the bread. The kids burgers were really tiny and their bread was kind of hard. Maybe, it’s not was our style of bread. One thing we noticed is that they charge everything separately. The burgers do not come with fries. The Four orders of fries we ordered were $20, and they were like a small size. Lemonade $3.75 fountain drinks $3.00. Our waitress was nice though, and gave us good service. We ended up paying over $86.00 plus the tip. Which I think for a burger meal is overpriced.
My wife and I were visiting Taos and decided to stop in for a burger and a beer. We got the bison burger and green chili chicken sandwich which we both enjoyed. Also tried a side salad and order of onion rings which were very good. There was a modest selection of beers on tap.
Overall, it was a solid meal, but nothing blew my socks off so I'm deducting one star. The waitstaff were very friendly. Would definitely go again.
