Incredible barbershop with amazing artwork. Ethan did an excellent job and made sure I was pleased before leaving the shop. Very clean and friendly environment. Music is not family friendly for small kids. Love the layout of the shop! Very creative and worth a visit!! ????
My son had an appointment with Zack the Barber. Horrible job. A literal Chop Job. Long strands here and there, nothing was even. I've gone to MANY different barbers for my son, and nothing like this has ever happened before. Definitely my First and last time going there. Idk about the other barbers, but DONT use Zack. 0/10 experience.
Forget this place I walked in after calling an hour before they close and they told me they weren't taking any more walk-ins and I called. I work in the old field I get off late and I hardly get a day off. They were rude they did not even try to talk to me anything. I do not recommend this place to anybody matter of fact I suggest you stay away from here I called the garage and they were willing to take my business even though it's going to take me another 15 minutes to get there so already I recommend going to the garage or any place but this place. Again the people are rude and inconsiderate and like I said I even call the head and then they turn me down once I drove over there.
Walk ins are always a plus. But there are a lot of reason why I stick to my personal barber. Was in town and needed a cut. Needles to say I contemplated on chopping off all my hair after there barber was done. She didn’t speak English. But still gave it a shot. Half my hair wasn’t trimmed correctly, didn’t know what a line up was…Had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Would have gone back but don’t want her to mess it up even more…
Jessica always does amazing work with my hair. I definitely recommend her facial services, had my skin feeling brand new!
Sum girl was on the phone trying to do my hair cut messes up and ask her friend in the other barber chair to help her One side of my hair is different than the other side my and she didn’t even Fade in the lines on my fade. I asked for a Low taper fade and she cut way shorter than wanted I also wanted my hair in the back like the pic I showed her then she proceeds to cut most My hair in the back not to mention push my hairline back then after the haircut, she says how I look like her last customer who had a Peso Pluma haircut probably my fault for choosing the wrong barber smh
Wont be taking my kids here anymore just called to ask about highlights on hair and got hung up on what a way to treat customers NEVER AGAIN ????
If you go here don’t schedule with Orlando. We have been using him for the last few months and at first he was great with my boys. The last couple of times we have scheduled an appointment with him he is not there when we have gotten there on time for our scheduled visit, and have had to wait 30-45 minutes passed our appointment time before he finally showed up. No call to say he would be late and no apology. On top of that we were up front and no one in the shop even acknowledged us or asked if we needed any help. The second time same thing did not show up for the time he scheduled us for an appointment. We waited 45 minutes passed appointment time. He did not call or text to let us know he would be late or to give any type of explanation. He did not answer our calls when we called to check on what might be going on, and did not even answer the calls from other employees at the shop when they tried to get a hold of him. We ended up leaving after waiting almost an hour passed our appointment time. If you do not want to cut a client’s hair, or if you do not have the time then do not set an appointment for them period. Very unprofessional and awful customer service. I am so disappointed as my kids loved going to him. We will not be back.
