Not much to tell. We arrived via Bus, to a protected platform on the freeway. You go downstairs to the street level, where you find signs to direct you to the local streets & venues. It was clean & easy to navigate. Would use this mode of transportation again to get to the LA Coliseum. For the trip home you just do the reverse of how you got there.
One of my old stops back in the days..via Exposition Blvd..right next to DMV
It's kinda cool to have a bus stop on a highway. Strange, but fun. It's a basic stop - nothing too fancy, not much different from the rest of the Metro system. They've got express buses here, which keeps the route shorter by avoiding exits. It's a north-route line along the highway.
My only problem with this line is the lack of ambiance. It's not a particularly good-looking station, and the area around it is pretty barren. It's also takes a few minutes to get to from USC. Not bad at all if you live on the east side of campus (for example, Pardee, New / North, or Birnkrant), but it'll take longer if you're in the west (Parkside or Webb).
Station is Easy Accessible Nice & Clean!
Lonely, Many Homeless, Strong Urine Smell
They were hosing down the sidewalk and there were no "caution: wet floor" signs and I ended up slipping and hitting my hip and now I have a giant bruise on my leg and my knee
Very convenient place to get to USC, Exposition Park or transfer to Expo line going to Santa Monica.
I love the view from the silver line
