Great experience and I would recommend.
Wings- crispy hot
Buffalo shrimp- nice flavor.. not just a pour on Buffalo
Mussels- very delicious! Best I’ve had in a while!
Pork Chop- cooked perfect and cut like a filet
Brussels- more on the bitter side, too large for my taste
Asparagus- typical
Lobster Carbonara- I added mushrooms, spinach and onions (always feel like the pastas don’t have enough texture and variety of flavors so I add)

Only the best here at 35° brix!! You're always greeted by a friendly face and the place always looks and smells great. When the weather's nice there is also outdoor seating. Food and drink are 2nd to none!! Hands down one of my Top 5 favorite places to go take my family to eat. Lunch or dinner, there really is something for everyone. Ever have a question about the menu, staff is always happy to help as well. And, whatever you do... you have to try the Brussels!!! The best.
This place came highly recommended by our Acura dealership salesman. We went for dinner time on a Wednesday night. The service was amazing. Our waiter not only was nice and personable, but provided impeccable service. We ordered the double fried wings as an appetizer. The wings themselves were incredibly dry and were inedible without a sauce. The sauces were spicy and interesting flavors. For dinner my wife got the surf and turf, which she ate all the shrimp so fast as she said it was delicious. The steak she thought was poorly prepared and baked potato had a unique taste. I had the bacon cheeseburger, which was generic and unoriginal. Fries were undersalted and needed more ketchup. If we could back, we'll definitely explore the menu more. The price tag will also make you flinch.

This has always been our go to spot for special occasions. Today we experienced a rude man at the hostess station that refused to seat us in the restaurant because we didn't use a credit card to make a reservation. This is the ONLY restaurant we've encountered that has required this. We were seated in the heated patio area (29 degrees outside). We walked past atleast 7 empty tables along with an empty bar. We came on a Saturday at 430pm. We were brought our salads, one of them had a dead bug in it. At the conclusion of our meal we spent $100 to sit on patio furniture on a patio and given food with a bug in it. The food also lacked flavor this time, I couldnt even eat half my blackened shrimp pasta because it had no flavor. We ordered 2 kids meala that both are supposed to come with ice cream and the waitress never even offered it or asked if we wanted it. A manager also never came to our table to talk to us about our experience. We will not be returning.
We kicked off our anniversary weekend by going here to try something new! It was late and we weren't really hungry so we did not plan to order a lot...well let me just stay that we were so glad that we chose to try Brix! From the pierogi to the twice fried wings (best I've ever had) to the Cauliflower Flatbread (delicious) we were please with EVERYTHING even the bill! For the quality of the food and the service, our bill was spot on!!
03/28/2024 I had the pleasure of celebrating my son's birthday at Brix 31, and I must say it was a perfect night! From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The food at Brix 31 was absolutely excellent. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, resulting in a burst of flavors that left our taste buds dancing with joy. The service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making us feel like valued guests throughout the evening. Overall, I highly recommend Brix 31 for any special occasion or simply for a memorable dining experience. It truly exceeded our expectations and left us with beautiful memories to cherish.
The cauliflower wings were 10/10, chocolate martinis were delicious, and service was amazing. Ask for Cayrsten C. she is a wonderful waitress!
