TL;DR : Best Body Shop customer service experience
I was looking to have my car repaired under an insurance claim. Im glad I came here and got my car serviced by the good people at 290 Auto Repair & Body Shop. This is the best body shop in Houston that I will now recommend.
Customer Service - I always felt like I was being treated fairly. The initial interaction and the process went very smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about the work getting done or following up on anything.
When the car was ready, the shop asked me to come take a look at it and make sure I was satisfied with the work before finalizing the process.
Quality of Work - Very good quality of work once I returned for my car. It was as if nothing had happened to the car. The paint color was a great match.
Prices - Unable to comment as this was an insurance claim. However I did ask for pricing on a few things and the prices quoted seemed reasonable.
Overall a really good experience especially when repairs and auto maintenance are not things we usually like to spend time out of our day doing. Will be coming back to them for auto repair work when I need it.
Super nice & quick service! I took my Scion TC to them and they did an amazing job my car runs great now!! I would totally recommend And I will definitely keep going to them William was super helpful at explaining what was wrong with my car and made everything clear!

Had a very good experience with them in regards to getting my daughter bumper fixed on her car. Less than 24hrs she was back rolling. I will definitely use them again for future needs.
Excellent customer service. Can't thank William Bedolla enough for the great job performed in my vehicle. My car is riding nice and smooth now after they replaced the rear wheel bearings and front suspension control arms that were in terrible condition in my Ford Focus Titanium 2015. They are honest, reliable and won't try to bill or add parts that your vehicle don't need. They actually give u back the bad/removed parts from the vehicle. They provide pics and video of their findings which helps understand the problem. To make things even better, this shop provides a two year warranty on the repair through Technet, which also includes roadside assistance. This shop will be my official mechanic going forward. Keep the great job guys!
