A friend tried to use this service and was let down twice. The first time, they supplied the wrong size tire and had to return late at night to reinstall the right size. Friend thought all they needed to be concerned about was the right size so verified before going to bed. Next morning they realize the tire they paid $225 for is very used, poorly patched up, and improperly installed. They were able to pull off every single lug nut BY HAND. This kind of mistake can cost lives. They’re now ignoring any attempts by my friend to make contact. But don’t worry, if you don’t want to handle these issues privately, we’ll make it public.

My car was stolen and the perpetrators crashed and tore my tire to shreds! I found my car Thanksgiving morning and was expecting the worst! Thankfully it was only the tires damaged and not the entire vehicle!! I enjoyed my day with my family but needed to take care of my car so I called and they came!! I mean it wasn’t what I wanted to pay but it was worth it!! They were friendly and fast! I even learned a few things by watching them work!! Thank you again for being available at any time to assist people like me who needed help! I will definitely be by the shop to get tires for my other vehicles as well!! My Thanksgiving Day was great! I am thankful there is wonderful people out there that will make the sacrifice for others….

Called them at 4:45am and they showed up within 45min on the other side of town. The gentleman showed up and knocked out the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend!! I have already sent out his contact information to all my trucker buddies! Thank you sir for your prompt, professional, roadside service!

Excellent, timely service. They were quick to help after my tire blew out, and were on scene in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend these guys if you find yourself needing roadside tire assistance.

Amazing! They replied right away, arrived within 35 minutes and helped us with 2 tires. And they changed both tires within minutes and had us back on our road to San Antonio. Thank you!!

The impetus to this updated post was an email that notified me my review received 100 views. I said that I would update this post at my leisure so since I currently have the time: I settled for the refund of the services that began this saga rather than spend more time and energy to encounter another series of unfortunate events.

It was a $4,800 lesson I’m grateful for and I hope the company improves their equipment, customer service, and general business practices for future customers that choose to trust them with their time and property.

I had a wonderful conversation with a “receptionist” named Joanne last week. She seemed like the most contrite party during this process. She was so concerned about the business that she said that she would pay me back out of her own pocket on Wednesday 23, 2023. It is Thursday and I’m sitting at the auto center getting my vehicle checked out, without so much as a courtesy call about refunding my funds. I will continue to update this review at my leisure because no one should own a business and refuse to be accountable for their actions. Also, good hard working people shouldn’t be wasting their money on establishments that block unsatisfied customers.

The saga continues (read the portion below to get context). I just got off the phone with the receptionist, who said her “BOSS” Josh with no last name, will call me back after he wakes up since he works nights. I’m happy that someone can sleep while they don’t take accountability for the people that use his business’ name to provide a service. The receptionist was just as uncommunicative as she was last night, well that’s a lie, she hung up on me this time when I inquired about when I can speak to this mysterious “BOSS” named Josh.

I’m waiting on a resolution that can come in the refund of my money since I have to get this crack fixed.

I enjoy writing amazing reviews. I enjoy giving people credit for the hard work they do because a 24hr business is demanding. Unfortunately, I can’t write a 5 star review even though the crew who came to my aid were polite and worked quickly to complete a tire patch up at 9 at night. They jacked up my truck without a jack pad and didn’t secure the jack properly. They cracked my truck underneath because the truck fell.

After they completed the patch I drove my truck. It drove well. However, there is a crack underneath. I took pictures and sent them to the number on posted on Google. I called and the “BOSS” relayed messages through a receptionist who couldn’t completely answer my questions. There were a lot of numbers involved in this experience with little clarification and who would be rectifying this mistake. I requested a resolution to this since my truck was bought this year new and I’m sitting in my kitchen writing this review with the impression that no one wants or will take responsibility for their actions.

I will post an update if there is or isn’t a resolution from this company. However, long story short: *Use this service if you’re stranded and without options.*

Such a convenient service. I discovered I had a flat tire in the evening before heading to a dinner. I also had to be on the road for work in the morning. These guys came to my house and plugged my tire while I was away at dinner. The receptionist was stellar, and made everything so simple. Payment was completed on Cash App while I was at the restaurant enjoying my dinner. When I returned home I had some questions and texted the receptionist, she had the mechanic stop by my house in the morning before I left to answer my questions. Friendly and convenient.

Called establishment at 6 am asking for a quote for a mobile tire service was quoted $250 for a tire and installation fee .

Called again at 7 am to to confirm they had my tire in stock and asked if the tire was brand new….. was informed it was be used when. After they told me it was used they brought the price down to $180 plus tax….. when asked what’s the total after they couldn’t even give an exact price ?

Tax is the same here so how could they not know the price .

Then when asked if I could use my card they told me no cash only or cash app…..

Told them to go ahead and come by

Exchanged my information gave them my address at 7:30 am they told me they’d be at my place in 30 mins .

They never showed up never contacted me that it would have to be later or whatever the case might be .

At 1 pm they text me asking if I need the service still.

Why would I need the service 5 hours later ?

Be for real not professional at all .

Never showing up

Asking for information knowing they weren’t even going to come at the time we / they agreed on.
