Brought my car here after it got rear ended and 19th Auto was great to work with! My adjustor/estimator was Cliff and he was communicative and helpful. My car turned out great!
The most comfortable body shop I ever dealt with. Cliff is knowledgeable and sincere in every explanation of repair cost and why. Estimates are accurate. Glad that they became fully certified body shop by Tesla and I don’t need to drive down to south. The office interior is nicely decorated.
Horrible experience and service!!! went in for an estimate, got there on time and had to wait for 1.5hrs before a woman came to us and the first thing she said was to not waste her time if we're not going to fix it at her shop in a very rude and condescending manner. We asked her to calm down and be nicer, but she didn't bother she was ready for a fight.
From the minute I spoke with the adjuster, recommended by my insurance company, the attitude was rude. The tiny man with his Napolean complex, was recalcitrant.
When the car was done, there was dirt in the paint so they had to get that rubbed out - I waited instead of another trip out. The adjuster's little mean face expressed "so what" . The grease hand prints inside the car, and I believe they even dinged my car. I don't remember the side scratch.
The only positive thing to say is the guys working the shop seem friendly.
There's no receptionist or anything, you kinda just have to figure it out.
I don’t have enough great things to say about Cliff! After dealing with another auto shop for MONTHS about minor issues, I finally decided to switch it up and asked for a consult with Cliff. He was so helpful and was able to answer all my questions and resolve my problems in a matter of minutes. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Cliff, you’ve relieved so much unnecessary stress!
Was directed to this shop through triple A insurance. I had a terrible experience. Car took too long and they refused to fix some damage saying that it was cosmetic and the insurance wont cover it. After i spoke to the person in charge of insurance and she fixed the problem and forced them to fix it. Although this all is taken from my time. Also they will fix whats outside and what is visible they will ignore inner stuff that you cant see. So try to be very careful and precise with them. I would advise not going there period!
The people at 19th Auto Body Center were incredibly nice and very helpful when I took my car in after a fender bender that did a lot of damage to my car. The main reason why I was drawn to come here was because they're a dedicated collision center for my specific vehicle make. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the time it took to get my vehicle back: 2 weeks. Other than that, it's an incredibly friendly service with good rates.
CA AA Insurance - Approved shop. Competent and very nice staff. Efficient - completed the work as I requested on time. They replaced my broken side mirror and made my Prius look better than when I bought it. They also replaced my catalytic converter after it was stolen. It sparkled when they finished.
