I have been seeing lily for years now! She is the only one who touches my hair! For color, and for cuts !! Definitely try this place out????
When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, there was only one employee with 3 customers. I had to wait another 20 min before the rest of the employees arrived for the day. This was a big problem because I was on a tight schedule that morning! The worst part of this experience was the cleanliness of the place. There was soiled towels on the vanity station I was sitting at. Worst of all was the cockroach that was crawling all over the towels and the mirror area the entire appointment without notice of the employee!!! I walked out of that place feeling filthy and like I had bugs crawling all over me. Although the prices are affordable, you get what you pay for. Never again.
I always have a great experience after my hair is cut and my Eyebrow are waxed. They have an elite team that is the best out there, and they are fast and get you in and out very professional.
Tbh I’m generous giving 1 star. This place is ???????????????? in every way. The hygiene, the employees, and especially the owner. She is the ???? one with blonde highlights. She just wants money. The employees do NOT know how to speak English, I don’t know what I was thinking trusting those terrible excuses for barbers with control on my hair. Every time they get it wrong, and that owner just gives a sinister smile and doesn’t say anything. For example, today I asked for a trim and one of the incompetent employees cut my hair short. WTH?!?!?!?. That is just one example. Every time I ask to not do anything to my side locks. I clearly say that! I even point to it and say NO. But guess what? What I said went in through one ear and went out the other. The only reason I come here (and probably the only reason they are still in business) is because of the location. Ngl they could high key make better money writing a book called “101 Ways to Mess Up Someone’s Hair and Ruin Their Day”.
I have been a customer for 8 years and these ladies are good. They put attention to details and have a beautiful hair cut, Especially Leslie, she is awesome.
Everyone there is very professional. I've got my hair cut by 3 different hair stylists and everyone has done a great job. My wife even came to get a trim and they did a great job. The price is very reasonable and in a good location. The place has always been clean when I've gone. It appears there has been recent hacking on some of these reviews. Businesses can be ruthless.
Probably one star too many. I asked them to keep 2 inch on top. Instead the guy used 2 mm machine on the top. I realized later that the guy cannot even understand English. I am absolutely livid. It all happened so quickly that I couldn't even react.
Kim has cut my hair twice and follows and suggests what and how I would like my hair. My hair has curl with wave, and she can cut it very good.
The other stylists are also as good.
They have reasonable prices, so Please Tip them for their Great job. ????
