Owner showed up late, him and the workers then sat and ate breakfast for 30 mins or more. I was ignored even though I called a day or two in advance because I'm on a tight timeline, told me yup no worries no appointment neccessary. Owner then proceeded to take people before me who were just randomly showing up. Not a good look in my book.
DO NOT GO THERE. I bought the entire front bearings and ball joint assemblies for them to install. I was quoted $360.00. when I went to pick up my car I was charge $793.00...DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME ABOUT THIS!!. To add insult to injury the ABS is not working now to which they said I'd have to leave it with them to fix (at an extra charge). And on top of it all the bill stated a $60.00 charge for "materials"...what materials?...air!!???! I supplied ALL the parts!! Get the BBB on speed dial to deal with these guys. I'm taking the car to a reputable shop and see what they messed up on the ABS...then I'll deal with that after their findings.
As good as it gets at a more reasonable price than other places. I have been bringing my car and my wife’s car to Alex and Luis (they are the owners) for 7 years. Having them up the street has been so convenient.
I moved to this area this year. I went there last Friday at 8am for oil change. I brought the engine oil so I expect the cost may be lower than normal oil change. My mistake was I didn't even ask the price (how expensive could the oil change service be?) I followed up several times. The car was not ready until 5pm. When I was told the service was over $80, I was shocked. And I was also told their "normal" price for synthetic oil change is about $120. .. it was a cold rainy evening. I just paid and left. Although it is the closest garage, I will not come back.
These guys are amazing! My very old Subaru (yes, Subaru) blew a catalytic converter while I was driving up Hwy 123 in New Canaan and I limped the car (@5-10 mph) to this shop, knowing that they have a great reputation. I've only stopped there for gas in the past, but I will definitely be going back for auto repairs in the future! They were able to fix my car at half the price of the Subaru dealer, and used genuine Subaru parts. One of them even gave me a ride home (to DANBURY!) after the car died! Amazing service. There are few businesses these days with their kind of attention to detail and customer service. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
123 Auto was a breeze to get work done on my trucks! Luis and Alex made it easy! They both work with you at a more than reasonable price and timely manner to get your vehicle back to you when you need. I’ve done all my work with these guys since I’ve started to use them and won’t go back to my old mechanic!
I am super happy with my experience here! Not only is the service incredible, but the owners and employees are super generous and provide a fast and quality service. I brought my Audi A6 to my dealership and was told my repair would be around $3,000 to fix. Once I brought it here, I had my car back and running the next day and paid only $700! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I have been going to this gas and auto repair shop in Vista, NY since I moved nearby five years ago. Luis and Alex own the place. They are pleasant people and have full service gas pumps. They have air for tires. Their repair work is fair and thorough.
