Excellent service that went above and beyond. Customer service on the phone was spot on and to the point.
Process to test and get result is straight forward and nearly foolproof.
Finishing off to get the certificate was slightly trickier but still child's play. A quick snap and a little typing and bobs your uncle.
Overall a great service & great price from a company that will undoubtedly grow and prosper over the coming years.
Hd requested for refund of my antigen test kit, sent them couple of e-mails and they replied me back also the guys on customer service were very polite and helpful. Sent me my full refund in 10 working days as they had promised. Really appreciate that.
Ordered test did not arrive during my stay in London. I have contacted their customer support multiple times. A refund was promised a month ago, but no refund has arrived despite sending multiple messages/reminders.
Absolutely not recommended.
Rubbish! Complete waste of money. Tests didn't arrive on time and neither have the results. I just got my Day 2 result on Day 10....£210.....SCAM!
I advise you to find the cheapest possible service as there is 0 point using a "proper" service.
Also don't expect any form of refund, they give you a code for the airport or train and that's that. Even if your test doesn't arrive they won't give you any refund.

Do not depend on them. They promised delivery of day 2 covid test next day. We are 6 days from order and no test. When i asked they said they would try to get it to us tomorrow. When I said it was unacceptable and irresponsible, and that I would lodge a complaint as approves supplier, their reply was:

I booked a test that never arrived. When I asked for a refund they refused using as an excuse that I needed to provide them with proof that I had book an alternative test with another provider. I explained that as they are not an official body there was no reason as why they should be asking for any personal information. They refused to refund my order so I have made an official complaint through the gov website as I used their link for my bookings.
DO NOT TRUST. They are obviously not an honest company with underlined interests.
*UPDATE*
After this review I was contacted by 101 testing. This is what they wrote:
"It will only be a partial refund as we have provided you a passenger locator number. So you will receive a refund of £15"
The passenger locator number was void as the gov changed the rules and a PCR day 2 test is now needed when arriving in the UK.
Hence I booked one with home2lab and used their locator number instead- as previously explained to them in several occasions-
So AGAIN using excuses to not refund the money of an order that NEVER ARRIVED.
Plenty of other providers out there AVOID THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE! Got scammed on the 2/8 day test pack. Day 2 test arrived on day 4. Sent of and result came back ‘inconclusive’ after several emails on day 6 to get the results sent. Did a day 5 quick release from a more repeatable co and it was negative alongside a number of negative lateral flow.
Still waiting for my day 8 results 2 days after post office shows delivered to be able to come out of self isolation. I am now day 12 into it!!! Not happy at all! On top of the extortionate amount of money £120 i paid for the day 2&8 tests!!! They don’t answer the phone. Their voicemail inbox is full and you cant even leave a voicemail as they tell you to. No response to email either! ????
