They never came on time and I have to call several times for my pick up so I used to be late for shifts. Some drives were really nice but some are rude and show no compassion. Their customer service was very poor and I would recommend other cab service but not this. The dispatcher is super rude and unfriendly. I really hate that guy. NEVER TAKE THIS CAB SERVICE!
They ditched my appointment, and stated that my last driver hadn't set it up. My car is down for repairs right now, so I was late for work. I got an ear full for that. I won't be doing business with them ever again.
Dispatcher was also driving and doing a great job. Only complaint was the condition of the cab. Very friendly driver.
They are so rude to people that call for cab rides and get attitude with you and hang up yelling at me so unfriendly I will never call them for ride ever again think his name was Jason better get more friendly drives or who pick up calls your your never going to have good business and alot of bad reviews

Good luck getting any late night or early morning cabs between midnight and 4 am if you're a trucker. I kept calling for hours and they intentionally ignored my calls cutting them straight to voicemail, connecting only to hang up, or just goes straight to voicemail. I missed out on a hotel reservation I made as a result. Any other time it's fine but late night runs are IMPOSSIBLE
I use their service all the time & one morning I call to get picked up Frm work & the dispatcher told me no & to call A1 ???? No More Service with them anymore
There very rude I will call and they would say 40 mins or two hours and I will wait that long and call back and my waiting time will get pushed back more like I don’t mind waiting 40 mins -2hours but when I call back and it’s more hours its like they don’t care
