Waiters should probably be trained on how the restaurant business operates. The concept of hospitality is crucial for any successful business. We had been to this restaurant with a group of people for dinner before 8 p.m. Regrettably, no staffs approached us to assist with seating arrangements and waited for someone to take our order, but no one came. We had to go up to them ourselves and place our order. It seemed like they lacked interest in their work.
المطعم في مكان ممتاز ولكن الأكل وخصوصا سندوتشات الفلافل باردة وهذا حدث معي اكثر من مرة
لانستطيع أن نطلق عليه اسم مطعم. لأن الأكل تافه جدا ومتدني النوعية . اكل يمتاز بالزهاكة وغير نظيف وذو راىحة كريهة ، غير صحي اطلاقا . والمطعم غير نظيف والعمال لايحترمون الزبائن اطلاقا . غير مطابق للمواصفات والشروط الصحية اطلاقا .
من اوسخ المطاعم المصرية الموجودة في الكويت وهذا المطعم على وجه التحديد . حيث الفئران والجراذي تعبث فيه .
Egyptian foods almost,great taste mostly crowded with people,All types of sandwiches you will get there,you need to have good Arabic if you wana order any specific Sandwich otherwise you will be waiting there all day,they ain’t speak a bit English.well my suggestion if you are more hungry just go there and eat anything whatever you will get you will love it.

مطعم جاد قديم ومعروف عندنا في الكويت وله افرع بمناطق مختلفة واسعاره مناسبة واكلهم جيد
مشكلتهم الاساسية ان عمال البسطه ما يلتزمون في لبس اكفف النايلون لليدين اثناء لف الساندويش او غيرها من اعمال يد مكشوفه والثانية لابس قلفز او اكفف ويده المكشوفه يمسك فيها الخبر والاكل اتمنى يعدلون ويتعدون هذا الموضوع اللي فيه سلامة ونظافه للجميع
