Wow, what a treat this Fourth Avenue spot is. You're in for a great meal, excellent service, perfect for a date night.
We were greeted warmly, and seated promptly. After ordering drinks, we decided to share the lamb biryani and vegetable samosas. Neither disappointed!
The samosas, I was told, are vegetarian. Dense, packed with glorious Indian spices. It was difficult to stop eating them, a real taste adventure.
The biryani was out of this world. Big chunks of lamb in the most deliciously flavored rice. I've had this dish numerous times at other places. Zyka's rendition is my favorite by far.
What a great little gem. Great food, calm attentive service, and a pretty little place to take your special someone. You owe it to yourself (cmon, you deserve it - you know you do!) To give Zyka Twist a try!
Absolutely fabulous food! We got takeout and everything was fresh, hot, and so flavorful. The 5 dishes were all a completely different flavor experience, bright and complex with just the right amount of heat. The staff are generous and kind, you can tell they care. We’ve found our favorite Indian restaurant and will be back. Highly recommend!
The tikka masala here is top notch! You get a very large portion with a side of rice. I can’t even describe how absolutely delicious their food is. They definitely know what they’re doing and deserve a lot more business. Food comes out hot and fresh dining in and through delivery. It is the perfect place to order from during the fall and winter.
This downtown location is so cozy! We have been regulars at Indian Twist and got to know the owner, so we wanted to try his downtown spot and it did not disappoint! The owner is personable, the food is authentic and delicious, and be sure to try the Indian beer ???? Cheers! ????
The food was incredible. Best tikka masala I've ever had. Lamb curry was phenomenal as well. The only slight criticism is that we ordered it medium spicy and it was more mild. Could be because I'm a boring looking white guy though!
I had an amazing time at this place. We ordered the Mango Lassi, Chicken Tikka Masala, the Lamb Korma, and garlic naan. Everything was absolutely exceptional. I lived in India for 6 months last year and this was the best Indian food I have ever had. I’ve had many chicken tikka masala’s and this was the best one I’ve had! My girlfriend also agreed. The lamb korma was deep, thick, and rich. Spectacular. The flavors were so rich and delightful that we took home leftovers. Definitely try a korma if you like butter chicken or chicken tikka masala. So so good. We have never been so excited for leftovers! Yudi, our server, treated us very well and let us try some rice pudding and raita after I mentioned I had been in India. The reviews are worth the hype!
I've tried most of the Indian Restaurants in Tucson and this is the 1st one that is legit. The flavors are so good and the quality of every dish was A+. Best Garlic Naan I've had in Tucson and the Chicken Korma was perfect. You must try the chicken pakora, the flavor and texture are perfection. This is gonna be our new regular restaurant.
Actually some of the best food I've had in my life. Perfect 10 / 10, I would definitely recommend it if you're ever in Tucson!
