Super cute, laid back cafe with a beautiful view! The food was so good, and the coffee was great too. We tried the Oakie and Tula Paninis and they were great (Oakie was our favorite!) They had some fresh veggies and fruits for sale too. Definitely will come back for future visits! It’s a great brunch stop!
I had high hopes for this place given the reviews, but for us it was a bit of a miss. We had a latte, a mocha, and two paninis. Every thing was fine, but I wouldn't call it anything beyond that. The mocha was good, but the espresso in the latte tasted a touch burnt. I thought $43 for a couple sandwiches and coffees was a bit ridiculous, especially when nothing was really above average quality. The service was reasonably good, but I would not return.
Zudy’s never misses! From the friendly staff to the amazing selection of sandwiches and desserts everything is amazing always. Stunning views of Resurrection Bay in addition to outdoor seating in the warmer months! Everytime I try a new menu item, I love it! You cannot go wrong by stopping in for a meal or a tasty sweet treat!
This is a secret gem in Seward , you will Not find a better cheesecake anywhere in America. I had to try a second piece and they both just melted in my mouth and the flavors are blended to perfection. The food is really good and portions are generous. The service makes you feel like you are at Mom’s house, Don’t miss the chance to check this one out if you’re in Seward, but try to get there before 3pm or your too late. What a lovely cafe! We stopped for a bite to eat before checking in on our cruise ship. The Jazzy roast beef sandwich was delicious and the chocolate Bearteeth cheesecake was heaven! Vases of beautiful fresh flowers were everywhere, in addition to a gorgeous display of fresh produce. And the view was breathtaking ????
The building is wonderful- service and food incredibly lacklustre and the price for the breakfast plate was not worth it…. Anemic toast- done in a panini press- cold upon arrival- the potatoes about a quarter cup worth-burned/dried out- half of a sausage link-swimming in grease- eggs- apparently served over easy- Heard another customer asking about the eggs he was ordering and was told quite matter of factly they were all served over easy AND if he wanted he could order them another way- but the waitress was not smiling or polite when she said it.
There is SO much potential to serve excellent food in a wonderful place like Seward- but this place misses the mark…. In so many ways… which is a massive disappointment…
Zudy's Cafe offers great service and delicious cheesecakes. The food is just okay. A balance between good food and excellent service can make a dining experience truly memorable. I might consider returning just for dessert or trying other menu items that could potentially be more to your liki
Great spot to grab lunch after walking around the Sea Life Center! We went on a weekday but it was still very crowded. Tables turn over relatively quickly though.
The sandwiches were tasty and they can be altered into a salad as a gluten free option.
