Best WLM Reviews

If I could give 0 starts I would.
My father ordered some lobster bisque from here and after eating a bowl himself I was going to enjoy some. I found a huge fly in it and called the restaurant to let them know. I was put on the phone with what I assume was the shift manager who I politely greeted. After being told I could not get a refund because it wasn't their policy and my only option was to get another order of bisque I was then told that I needed to put my father on the phone. When I asked for what reason I was told because I needed to put an adult on the phone. I informed the manager that I am a 27 year old adult and was then told I didn't sound like an adult so I needed to go ahead and put my father on the phone. I will not be giving this restaurant my service ever again.

The owner reached out directly to address the issue and apologize for the service. Thank you for caring about correcting issues and doing better!
Dining area was disgusting with dirty tables and floor. Food was awful. Grilled cheese with cold hard cheese. Chicken noodle with little to no noodles. Rubbery meatballs in weeding soup. Only thing that wasn’t terrible was the salads. Overall, will never go back!
If I could rate this on customer service only, I would give them a 5. As for the food, the crab bisque was so so. I also had the Italian sandwich. Again that was just okay; nothing I would buy again. I had a sample of the bisque and it was good, but the actual bowl had a lot of oil in it.
I would visit again and try other options. The chicken pot pie looked good and the sample I had was good.
The food overall was amazing and very tasty! As for the service, it was not good. It started with my family and I pulling up 40 minutes before they close, and already hesitating whether they were open or not because they had majority of the closing duties complete. Keep in mind we checked the website and the door before going in.Then, one of the workers says that they close at 8 in a passive aggressive manner, yet we had 40 minutes. While ordering, the person taking our order had their headphones on and could not hear us. We did not know one of their soups were out, so when we went to order it and were later informed it was out, that was on us. But we asked for the refund and they struggled to do so. On one of the ordered items, we asked for an alteration to get it without one of the ingredients. When it came out, the food had the item we asked to take off. Overall, it seemed as if the workers were very unpleasant because they were more focused on closing over 20 minutes early and getting frustrated when customers come in while they are still in operating hours. Very disappointed because we love coming here as a family.
Great customer service, online ordering is the way to go if you are getting Togo. Super easy website to use. Salads were huge and my friends soup was delicious! I will absolutely be back! Parking in that parking lot can get iffy by mid day.
I ordered online through google maps. After placing my order I received an email from “eat street”. Supposedly I was to be able to track my order with eat street’s tracking service. An hour passed and the tracking still displayed that it was being prepared. I reached out to eat street, which is a pain because they only communicate via “live chat”. I requested a refund and they informed me I needed to contact the location so that the store could issue the refund. I reached out to the store and spoke with a woman who was extremely friendly. She wasn’t sure where my order was and there was some confusion from the communication with eat street to them. But she did her best to figure out what the issue was. In the long run I did receive my order and the woman was very kind and helpful. Long story short, I’d suggest going through DoorDash or placing the order directly through the location. 0/10 do not recommend eat street. 12/10 recommend zoups and their lovely team!
Ordered bread bowls approx. 1 1/2" cut in top and all inside bread removed till only crust left. Tried discussing it all Young kids working ( friends reaching over counter for cups?). The person cutting bowl said he's been working there for a while. I've been going to Zoups for a while if this new policy for bead bowls will stop getting.
We spent $45 total to try a few different things. the chicken noodle soup, which didn’t look anything like pictured on the website or even have the right noodles, Tasted worse than canned soup. The maple bacon ham sub was good, although really small. The Mac and cheese was somehow worse than boxed Mac and cheese, basically tasteless, also no crumb topping as pictured on the website. And the Cobb salad was just gross, the smashed avocado was inedible, the hard boiled egg was weirdly watery or something. Overall just gross overpriced cafeteria food.
