Terrible customer service. 1st time here greeted by a moody old man. Before I could even finish speaking was given a ridiculous quote of 45 min wait for inspection with one person ahead of me. Not sure why, maybe feeling insulted by our lovely rep, but customer leaves so I’m next. After all that didn’t pass for a small crack in windshield on passenger side but went down the street and passed because the crack wasn’t obstructing drivers view. I wouldn’t go back to that musty smelling place if you paid me.
Went here for a car inspection. They were friendly and I passed the inspection, however when I got back inside my car it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Not sure how, but the AC also stopped working. However, the AC ended up coming back on after messing around with it for several minutes. The cigarette smell went away after a day, but it still was not pleasant. I make it a point to ensure my car smells nice, and I can see this being a potentially larger issue if people plan on using their car for Uber or other things like that.

Terrible terrible customer service was greeted by an old hick who would not let me finish my sentences an constantly kept telling me I’m wrong when his coworkers were saying I was right 10/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Not worth it. They do not care about the customer. Arrived 24 minutes before close and they said they didn’t have time. I was the only customer there on a weekend afternoon. A car inspection takes 20 minutes if they know what they are doing. And I have a newer car.
Zero stars more like it. He was rude. Acted like he didnt want us in his place at all. Refused to retest till 24 hrs later. And lied about the problem. Told us we should put it in the shop. Took it somewhere else and they very nicely told us how to fix the problem and retested an hour later. It passed then.
