If I could rate it negative stars or zero I would! Overpriced and literally trying to run a scam on their customers. Horrible customer service considering people are just trying to give them business… they were to caught up gossiping and talking about me in another language because I asked the two ladies to look behind the counter for additional options. Instead of just doing that, they decided to bombard me with “No, we don’t have. We won’t look because we just don’t have it”… when I was quite literally looking at the restock options & alternatives BEHIND the counter she was standing at. Don’t waste your time anyways , extremely mediocre selection and a pure waste of time considering they have nothing of substance and are just trying to make a quick buck of us minority women. Anyways, don’t go here.
Great open clean beauty supply store. Staff is very friendly and parking is wide open
They don’t keep hours advertised. Says they open at 10am and they won’t open doors until 11am
This is definitely my go-to beauty supply store when I need to buy hair for braiding! The owner is super sweet and helpful, the location (next to my braid lady) can’t be beat, and unlike most beauty supply stores, they actually allow exchanges on unopened items. You would think that’s standard, but I quickly learned it’s not. Thank you, Zion Beauty Supply, for providing excellent service!
I visited this beauty supply store today. I tried to purchase something and there was a boy at the register with both airpods in his ears. When I went to check out he said he didn’t work there and the owner asked him to just wait there until she got back. He didn’t know how to work the register and when I asked him to call the owner, her phone was left in the shop. Very unprofessional. Not only did the owner leave her shop, she left someone there to take over until she got back who has no idea how to even check customers out! ridiculous!
2020 Update: Moving from 5 to 3 stars. Store opened 45 minutes late at least. Saw several customers drive up to see if the store was open at 10a as published. Was told by a passerby that the store usually opens late. Customers made calls and were told the store is open but it didn’t actually open doors until around 10:45am. Very disappointed and not certain that I will return.

Great store with many common products that you would need. Needed to grab supplies for all 3 kids and the cashier was patient and helpful when I has questions on item locations and types of products.
Had what I needed but there were kids operating the register, which is odd. They couldn't answer some of the questions I had. So I knocked off a star
