3rd time I stopped here. 1st time the rib tips were hard and dried out. I thought maybe bc it was 40 minutes before closing. 3 months later I stop in and the same thing. I said I wasn't going to go back. 2 months later I stop again for rib tips and my friend a bbq sandwich get home and start eating.. and got THE SAME DAM THING! I went home and cooked..I won't eat eat here again!

I ordered the pork Butt it was magnificent.

The marinade, cooking and sauce was right on the money ???? will be visiting soon !

They have really big Bar-B-Q sandwiches. The food was good. Really isn't a dine in place, there are a few tables along the way we're you order. When we pulled in the parking I watched the cook put the ribs of a smoker out back. It's truly smoked It's not done in a machine.

Very good outdoor community BBQ the meat is great service is outstanding and the atmosphere it's got that outdoor BBQ feel. Okay we got a barbecue set large barbecue sandwich for 650 we got a large chicken sandwich for 650 both sandwiches were huge it was almost all that I could do to eat the one pork barbecue sandwich at a single sitting. The chicken barbecue called Three Bones was a half of a chicken bone in. That was a little bit of a surprise but we came home pulled the meat off the bones and actually made three separate chicken sandwiches. Greatest value.

My first order was a lb of BBQ and I had to try a small shrimp and grits. Their BBQ was hands down the best in Etowah County and I had given up on finding a good shrimp and grits plate, but to my surprise I found the best shrimp and grits in a plastic tub..yum..yum!!!

Got a bbq sandwich,half rack of ribs and it was delicious,will have to try the gumbo next time! My go to spot now!

We ordered the Pork BBQ sandwiches. We ordered 4, and when I heard the price I was like DANG!!!! But when she handed me these monstrous sandwiches, I was like ok that's reasonable. But then when I took that first bite with the delicious sauce and the mouth watering, melt in your mouth pork, I knew then, that this was a deal.

Not sure you can get more local than this business that accepts cash only but offers plenty of soulful choices. The ribs are reasonably priced and authentic and the sides are generous with curbside pickup and friendly service. If you want a memorable meal when you go to Gadsden, go to Zig's!
