Best WLM Reviews
My family order Chinese food here
PuPu little too greasy but taste
Chicken finger some lite batter some heavy but still over all good
Lomein was good
Chicken fried rice was little dry but overall pretty good we would recommend this place definitely want try more options
this has been my go to place for the basics like peking ravioli, lo main, chow mien, until tonight when there was a large piece of metal in my lo mein that I didn't see until I felt the texture in my mouth. looked like a dried bean sprout mixed in. Very potenially dangerous and unsanitary. Restaurant was closed when I called back. will contact in the am. Check your food!
This is the closest Chinese place to me, so I have been going here on and off. The food is good, and is what you would expect. I ordered the orange chicken, but it was just chicken fingers with the sauce, I'm used to the other type of breading.
I decided to try the food despite the reviews. I've always noticed a busy flow of traffic from take out business. I assumed that it's because it's the only thing in town.
The large chicken fingers over flowed from the take out container! I ate them in the car: They were so great. I'd estimate about 20 pieces. The oil was fresh so the food came out golden and not burnt brown. These chicken fingers were not greasy. That was impressive. The food was made to order and not sitting under a heat light. I also got a small order of crab Rangoon. There were still 10 pieces of crispy and not soggy wontons; again overflowing from the container and golden.
I'm going to try other plates. I was served at 2:30 pm on a Tuesday by a tall male Asian chef. Maybe I lucked out. I'm just pleased that I found a place of quality that doesn't serve old greasy take out.
Wonderful family running this restaurant, but its changed over the years. Serving sizes have become smaller, while prices have increased. A few dishes aren't as good as they used to be. However, it's still good Chinese food. Hope it goes back to the way it used to be.
The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Do not waste your money, time or tastebuds on this place! Family style shrimp came as greasy, partially battered fried shrimp on a bed of limp iceberg lettuce! Singapore noodle had no egg in it and no curry, it was dry and flavorless. We have tried 3-4 times to give the place the benefit of the doubt, but it is consistently awful. Not just bad, but really awful. I'd starve before I'd eat Zeno's II food again. The interior is dirty too. Really disgusting.
Great Food Low Prices :)
Gotta say the taste is delicious as is, but for the price your simply not going to find better Chinese food around this countryside town, let alone most suburbs around either. Zeno's has its own authentic style and it's definitely a little trinket of a "Hole in the Wall" place that's vastly overlooked. If you're in the area, stop on by!
Zeno's has been my favorite staple Chinese restaurant for 15 years! Hands down best shrimp with lobster sauce for miles. I have not found a Chinese place in all of south eastern MA and RI that can take Zeno's place.
