9/24 We bought a used Transmission Went pick up the part fair value for the part. with a 30 day part warranty
10/12 Put it in found out the there was a bad clutch internally. Used parts this happens not a big deal.
10/18 MON- We had the transmission out. I called to find out the procedure for a refund. Blair said to bring the part back they would inspect it and issue a refund. by 10/20 we had it dropped off.
10/27 WED- I called back to get an update on the refund and i was told they had not looked at it and but would first thing the following week
11/4 THU- I called for an update and did not get an answer
11/5 FRI - Called for an up date no answer
11/9 TUE - Called and spoke with Blair and was told they had look at it and they had issued expect it in 3-4 days. I asked why no one had called to inform me about the refund or findings he said they had been busy.
11/17 WED- - I checked my account and there was no refund so I called to find out there was no credit. When speaking with Blair again come to find out it had not been issued because "they didn't have my account info" I asked why no one contacted me so we could resolve the issue, and no real answer was given. So gave them my info
11/18 THU - no credit so called again for update. Spoke to one of the employees there to find out that it had not been credited and requested to speak to Blair but he was unavailable .
11/19 FRI- finally got thru to Blair where again he told me that refund finally been credited right before i called...
Long story short. defective used parts happen. it sucks but it happens, and is unavoidable, I dont fault them for that. Poor customer service and holding onto a customers money for over a month, and being dishonest about refunds. is something that can be controlled and avoided.
Do not ever buy anything from this business they will steal your money bought transmission from them they gave me completely the wrong part and when return it they want to charge me 25 % restocking fee which is 200 dollar it is not my fault .. i would never come back to buy anything else from them
