Someone hit my truck while parked and unattended. I was talking about it at work one day and a coworker recommended Zeigler’s body shop. Best experience I could have ever hoped for. All around great guy. Has the best customer service in a world where that’s a thing of the past. Does excellent work. I would strongly recommend this body shop! Although this can be a headache, he will help soften the blow and do a very good job. You will not be disappointed!
During the last hurricane, my carport landed on top of my 2017 Harley. Being hesitant to go to one of the closest dealers, My insurance adjuster recommended Mr. Zeigler and I am so thankful he did!!
It was somewhat surprising that he would take on this type of job, most people wouldn't touch it.

To say he is meticulous is an understatement. His constant communication with pictures was beyond anything I have ever experienced.

I cannot share enough positive sentiment regarding Mr. Ziegler and his body shop. In November I was in a three car auto accident and due to my car being a brand new model year, parts were hard to come by and no one would take my car.
I reached out to Mr. Zieglers shop and he walked me through the entire process and took on a job that he knew would have roadblocks. My car was in his shop from January to March awaiting parts that would trickle in from Germany. He kept me in the loop the entire time and was such a pleasure to work with. As long as we’re in this area, his shop has our business. I can’t recommend him enough. Absolutely professional with astounding customer service, which is hard to come by these days. 1000/10 would recommend!
Literally contacted Mr. Zeigler October 7th and he was done by the 14th! Work was flawless as you can see in the pictures. Mr. Zeigler is a very thorough and diligent worker who really has natural talent in his profession. He was able to spot and point out things about my car that I've never known about and explain it to me off the most smallest of details! I would definitely recommend to any family member or friend of mine hands down. If you need auto body work done after a wreck, he is definitely your guy.

I took my car to Langdale ford and they didn’t even try to fix it or even look at it they told me they needed to buy the part and the total for that was around $200, Derrick saved me a lot of money and fixed it for me.

Derrick is a miracle worker here in Valdosta. Amazing customer service and very open communication. Derrick called and kept me updated everyday my car got worked on. Derrick is very professional and friendly, it felt like I left my car with a trusted friend to be worked on; and Derrick took care of my car and gave it back to me like new. New parts, fresh paint and a vehicle that looks brand new.! I’ll recommend Zeigler’s Auto Body shop to anyone (in need of car repairs) over any other repair shop here in Valdosta GA.
Mr. Zeigler was great with follow up and communication. He was able to get the damage on my vehicle repaired and looking new. The repairs were accomplished in a timely manor. I was very satisfied with the results and his process. Would recommend.
