( this happened months ago a day before my birthday ) I told the lady I wanted my hair to be dyed dark blonde from my bangs I said No yellow or blonde because no one wants yellow . When she has working on it it I could tell she messed up because she and the other lady took a look at it and where talking concerns while I can clearly hear instead of telling me . And I was panicking inside . I told her I didn’t like it came out yellow and her excuse is because I died my hair previously ( which was light brown) but their is not excuse if you can’t do a color then say that . It should never matter even if I had purple hair whatever when the customer wants a color it should be the one they want . So she dyed it again !! Because it was too yellow and she knew that !! and it still came out yellow ! !! I wasn’t going to do it 3 times my hair will fall out How do you dye it twice and it’s still yellow ? I hated the yellow my hair was damaged from all the bleach she did. They cut my split ends good but I don’t recommend this place if you want highlights or any color . I was accurate with my hair color I wanted she knew that I showed the pictures of what I wanted. 80 dollars to look worse ? Well Jesus my Lord supplies so I won’t worry about money But I have to leave this review because it was unfair to me even have to pay for that disaster p.s when I had to pay she said all rude to her daughter or whatever teen “ go charge the lady “ she wouldn’t even look at me in the eye or bothered to say have a nice day . But my nice as* ofc told her have a nice day and she said all dry “ u too” looking back at it I should have been tough .she acted so salty that I wasn’t happy with the results but she herself knew it looked bad she didn’t even apologize or charge me personally she didn’t address me she said out loud to the teen girl “ go charge the girl “ . I think she had pride the one who did this to me was the main boss lady !

Stylists were insulting customers and their hair. Also denied service and proceeded to talk negatively about customers in Spanish
I have very long hair and I am always nervous to cut it because many stylist like cutting short. I came here for the first time and Gloria did a great job. She was very attentive and made sure I got exactly what I want. Also took her time with my hair aside from there being people waiting she was very patient. Thank you.
my haircut today was VERY messy and not what i asked for. seems like the younger woman who goes by the name of Deanna did not care of how my hair looked. she was just rushing to finish my haircut, take my money, and continue to the next sucker who was going to pay for a haircut he didn’t want. i would’ve told her to stop at first but she had already messed up my hair in less than 2 minutes of starting my haircut and so fast, because she was in a hurry, that i didn’t have a second to tell her that it’s not how i wanted it. so she “evened” out the other side but actually left my hair crooked, uneven and simply just ugly.
if i wanted to, i could’ve just cut my own hair and it would look exactly the same as she left it.
