Selma is a nice Lady, but she played me, & now I have to have to finish my own hair, when I'm leaving town for something very important. I made the appointment a week ago, & she call me the day before to say she forgot she had another appointment, (I think she lied) so my appointment was pushed up 4 hours, & I still had to wait over an hour when I got there.
The shop is fifty, & terribly outdated. They should be ashamed. I wouldn't go here.
Bad customer service, didn’t handle my head with care. Seem as if she had a attitude while doing my hair. Also Lied about having a customer because they don’t like to do touch ups but why not just say that , I’m spending 80 dollars still which is half of full price. I’m spending my hard earned money like any other customer. Should have the same respect and I was there first.
Two beautiful young ladies very respectful wonderful work on my hair I enjoyed our conversation the work is great and my top compliment is my hair does not hurt no stress no bumps beautiful job on my hair very very happy..
I bought my own hair and took it in there to get to feed in French braids. Not only did they keep the majority of my hair. This hairstyle should have lasted 2 weeks it is not even lasted 72 hours the braids are messy they are all twisted and the hair is coming out I definitely am going back there today to demand my money back or that they redo my hair
The braider rushed through my hair because she was trying to get out of there at a certain time. I would've liked my hair braided to the end as I requested and as shown in the picture I provided prior to services being rendered. They charge a $5 fee if you're using a credit card. I won't be back. Their customer service is horrible.
