Ever since this place changed owners, the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. Not too long ago for 6-8 dollars you could get a sandwich and a drink now it cost over $10 to get a wrap, not a specialty wrap either just some cold cuts nothing else on it. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back even if it is the most convenient spot to where I live.
My husband and I often call to place our order for pick up. Every time without fail, Omar with the cap is super energetic. You will leave their store in a better mood than when you first walked in.
Ps. The food is great too.
I don’t know those guys personally but the way they made my food you would think they don’t like black people it was the worst I’ve ever had in my life! I called them to tell them about it and he just put the phone down while I was talking to him and didn’t even bother to say hold on. Sometimes you gotta pay to get people out of your life and it cost me 30$
Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Love a good omelette with home fries from here. Their hazelnut iced coffee is good also.
When ya in the mood for lunch: try a wrap or salad. Their tuna and chicken salad is very good. Their grilled chicken dishes are good too.
Bagels are always fresh and plentiful options to choose from.
The service here is drastically decreasing …I believe these are new owners ..I agree with another person that reviewed..they are not that welcoming to black people ….this is my neighborhood and the choices are slim ….but I may have to discontinue wasting my money here …nasty and rude employee..not all of if them but the new Indian guy that does the register
Highly recommend! Fresh bagels and hot coffee. Staff is super friendly and store is very clean.
Flew from Toronto, tried their bagels love it! very friendly guy with the name of Omer greeted us nicely and gave amazing service.
I had originally given 5 stars, but since owndership changed and they changed the whole staff, it is not the same. Not friendly. The new workers look at girsl like they're meat. Stopped going there because they creeped my out.
