Best WLM Reviews

Great food for breakfast, coffee and pastries. Had their lunch..rice and beans phenomenal. The meat dishes were smaller than expected. It was savory and flavorful. Service is lacking though. Combo of not enough people to a few that have a "whatever" attitude. I do see the kitchen staff hustling and the food comes out fast..just getting it to you is an issue. My cortado did take forever. Got it after my pastries and I had to hound the young lady up front twice. But after that first sip... all was forgiven. The place had many dirty tables. But...the food is so delicious! Empanadas tastes homemade. The coffee is truly amazing. Strong and smooth. The breakfast sandwiches are sooo good. Not the best atmosphere to eat at but will risk it anyway because their food is really good. Parking wasn't that bad on a Tuesday afternoon.
This was a great place when it opened. Over the years the quality and quantity of the food has gone way down. The Cuban has hardly any meat and all I got for all of the pickles was the cut off ends that should be trash. The potatoes used to be the very best ever with onions and garlic. Now just barely cooked chunks with NO FLAVOR! Never will get another penny of my money. Greedy owners are so short-sided
The food used to be delicious, good price. unfortunately today the food was salty, the amount of salad they put for my pan con bistec was ridiculous, it’s better not to put any. The ropa vieja more rice and very little amount of meat. Disappointed the price for each dish is expensive for the quality and amount of food. The coffee as usual delicious, can’t complain.
Not the same as before. dirty tables food is different taste quesitos are very different taste and small the bread is different taste not like before
A couple of years back this location was five star now only one star for me. Today is the last time I will be in this location. In a very, very important thing customer service has gone down a lot
Zaza's was very clean, the cashier was courteous, but it took a while to greet me. The food was quickly served. However, I expected more flavor from the food. It was lightly seasoned, though not bad. Just expected more flavor. The portions were fine if you were only slightly to moderately hungry. Finally, it is a friendly establishment. Food cleanup was easy and fuss-free.
Zaza Cuban Review
Zaza’s quality has fallen. We used to enjoy breakfast here. Every time we come to this location, the tables are dirty; today wasn’t the exception; we had to clean ours before eating.
Today, the only thing we enjoyed was the coffee and the pastries.
We couldn’t eat the breakfast; the toasts were soggy, the roasted potatoes oil saturated, the ham had a dirty grill taste, and the eggs were dry.
It’s a shame that with the popularity, they have let the quality of the place come that low.
*The pictures are of the breakfast we couldn't eat.
What is with the canned response from the owner????
"We are sorry to hear that this was your experience and will work hard to earn 5-stars on your next order."
This is one of the reasons for my review.
If the food , service or appearance of the place is that bad, a personal response should be needed.
I have been coming to this location for years.
About a year ago, they removed the fresh brewed tea dispensers. I know why too. They never cleaned them. I found mold in my cup from the filthy dispensers. Unfortunately, I had drank almost all of it before noticing it. I got sick from it.
I have had a couple meals from there where I had gotten sick from also.
The last time was yesterday. Me and my wife had breakfast there. I mixed my over easy eggs, potatoes, and ham slices together because that's how I eat them. After a couple of bites, I tasted something off. It tasted rotten. I tried to pinpoint what it was and narrowed it down to the ham. I stopped eating it after that. My wife couldn't finish hers, so I ate the rest of hers.
The most odd thing though was how empty the place was. I have never seen it so slow there.
I am sorry to say, this will have been our last time we will come here.
The food was delicious! My highlight is the chicken empanadas! Very scrumptious! Will definitely be back!
