I purchased two Cobb salads for my mom and I for dinner tonigh. When we got home the lettuce was in bad shape. It was old and slimy. I don't appreciate having to pay $10 for a salad that was old. If I have to pick out the bad pieces, then it's not worth it. I would like a refund. This is unacceptable.
Depressing eating experience. super dry chicken wings, all drumette no wingette. Paid for Nuclear dipping sauce, but given wrong sauce.
I pull to the window to pay for my food the girl ask the manager how do you check your money while because I gave them a 20 then I get home to eat and this is what I paid $15 dollars for
Stop got food on way work and it was burnt and hard couldn’t leave my job to return food so sad
I have to say this has to be one if the most unique Zaxby’s I’ve eaten before. My Uber driver took me through an interesting section of Atlanta which I have never been before. When I arrived, the side door was locked, only the front door was unlocked. The quality of my food was par for Zaxby’s. I ended up with 3 chicken tenders, fry’s and Texas toast with sweet tea. The workers were nice. When I went to the bathroom, I had to ask a worker for the combination for the men’s room. Side note. I was there on 12/2 and so far knock on wood every thing is fine regarding not getting sick from the food.
I eat lunch here sometimes and I have had my salads prepared with such care (condiments placed in little containers and bags). I was pleasantly surprised. The food is fresh, hot/cold and the drive thru window is always quick, correct and the staff is pleasant too.
I ordered online a grilled Cobb salad. They gave me a fried Cobb salad even though the receipt on the bag showed grilled! I had to go back in and they gave me some grilled chicken but it seemed to be a small portion!
So I Love Zaxby but I will never ever come back to this location again. For them to give me the wrong food in the first place and this is how you make up the order. Oh no 12.50 for a mess. And the only reason why they have star from me was I could write a review and warn people it's not like any other experience that you have at any other location. Please please please don't put your self through this hassle
