Very upset with their service the last time I went was to a different location and they got all of my orders wrong. I decided to come to this location and they just disappointed me worse I don’t know if I want it anymore they usually give sauce they didn’t give us any. No silverware. Me and my husband weee eating in the bed when I got up I noticed the wing sauce stain the bed I thought I had dropped it. I continue to eat when I noticed two holes in the box as if the box got burnt.
It was okay. Definitely on the low end of Zaxby's I've had. My boneless wings were somehow both swimming in Buffalo sauce and also not completely coated in it either. I ate it because I was hungry, but now I have regrets. I only took a picture because of all the Buffalo sauce.
Zaxbys is one of my favorite fast food chains. The food is always fresh, fast and friendly service. I've eaten in, gone through the drive thru and door dashed the food. Never a disappointment.
Got a Mr beast meal and got scolded like a child by manager for a system error in pricing. Clearly they were super petty with the food and burned our toast, gave us no sauce, etc. taking a system error out on customers is not it. Don’t come here they’ve been bad in the past. Time and time again this location is disappointing. Very petty.
Placed an online order, completely messed it up. No sauce on the sandwiches, didn't get the extra fries I paid for and the food was cold. Disappointing.
Waiting at drive thru for 15 mins to order 2 drinks. “I’ll be right with you” 5 times while no order taken and no cars in fromt of me. Drive thru person walks away as I try to pay. Am I a ghost?
i went in on sunday the 24th with my family to grab some lunch there was no manager in the store and the store was running crazy i asked where the manager was somebody responded “ in her car “ then i heard them talking about she’s smoking. Very unprofessional do not go there! i will be contacting corporate
Best chicken fingers anywhere and that peach iced tea is a delight. Zax sauce is really amazing too. Although the chicken fingers and crinkle fries are incredible all on their own, Zax sauce adds that special something. If you are from out of town and have never experienced Zaxby's before, get ready to make it your most desirable guilty pleasure.
