This is the most nastiest food I have ever had from Zaxby. My wings was burnt and old. I paid $18.51 for 10 wings and a piece of bread that’s way too much for my food to taste like this. On top of that I tried calling the number on the receipt because I made it all the way home and could not turn around. The number is disconnected. SMH we have to do better if it looks like something you won’t eat please do not serve it to anyone else

Walked in to place an order at 9:20. On the front lobby doors I seen the hours state 10:30am - 10:00pm. First thing said as soon as I walked in was “damn why didn’t you lock the lobby doors” to another co worker. Next thing said was we can’t take your order out lobby is closed. Explained to them the hours I seen on the front door and that I was a semi truck driver and could not fit in the drive-thru is their anyway they could work with me a little even. The guy replied back we can’t take your order here but you can place one online. At this point I’m not interested at all. All of them showed no sense of urgency or desire to want to help. Sorry a** customer service
This is just crazy. I order the 5pc tender meal with double fries, the wings and things meal, and a grilled chicken Cobb salad. All of this was like $45,Highway robbery .I’m so disappointed in the customer service at this place. The lady that took the order was very sweet. I pay and get my food, I pull up to check my food and noticed for the amount of money I spent there was very little food and they forget the double fries. I called the manager who explained that the fries are only 5 ounces and double fries is 8 ounces. But if something is doubled it’s twice as much which would be 10 ounces, right. I went back around drive thru to get the missing fries. I pull up and explain what I’m missing. I asked if they could just bring me the missing fries, as they often have customers to pull up or park to bring them their food. I hear we are busy and so much hesitation to want to give me the fries. The girl that took my order finally stated to park to bring it out and still had to wait at least another 10 -15 minutes. This is what the plates looked like. I will not be going back. Sorry for long post. Excellent Customer service is key!!!
Every time I visited, the people were polite. And my food was good. I love that tenderness!
I can't eat it as much as I like because of the higher prices.

This was far past the lunch rush this was around 3:00 p.m. going on 4:00 p.m. they were absolutely swamped with customers inside and outside. However I waited almost 30 minutes for my food I felt like it was already made but it was sitting behind the counter where I couldn't see it and when they finally got around to calling my name they gave me my food and it was absolutely COLD!!!! By then I had already made it home and I wasn't going back because I had just got off work and I was really tired, I think this will be the final time I go to Zaxby's their menu hasn't really been up to par lately and their customer service has really fallen off. Can we please have a Raising Cane's here in Georgia or Atlanta sometime soon
I swear the short bus drops these "workers" off. I've been here busy and not a car in sight and still takes 20 minutes to mess up your order or "we don't have it". Everytime it amazed me how they mess up in a new way...this is the worst "fast food" I've ever had to wait for if it's your right order
My food was warm but tasty. I initially ordered fingers through the drive thru, once at the window I decided to get an additional item. I was told to pull forward. I waited 6 minutes. When I arrived home my fries were slightly warm.
