Never been to this location before, but did order my usual. My meal came out hot, fresh, accurate, & delicious. Both assistant managers were very patient with me as they were taking my order & changed my mind last minute. As I was dining in, another employee Maury made sure the entire dining room was doing okay & made us laugh along the way. Seems like everyone here is happy. I will definitely be visiting this location again when I am on this side of town. Great Job Zaxby’s ????
I ordered a Cobb salad and asked for fresh chicken fingers twice and still received room temperature chicken. I still ate the whole salad. I was hungry so I couldn’t get them five stars because I asked nicely for fresh chicken and still couldn’t get it and it was only two people sitting down eating.
Great chicken at a good price.
I like the fingers better than the boneless wings.

Came in today. Lowanda started to take our order. As we gave our name, her phone with off, she looked at it. Walked away to drive thru to show one of the girls. And sent the other drive thru girl to take our order. To me no person/ manager should ever walk away from taking an order. When you start the process, finish it. Don't pass the buck to someone else. Unless it's an emergency. I find this very disrespectful and rude.
So I don't eat here much but when I do this is the chicken they put on my plate for as much as they cost. This is why I be at Chick-fil-A. The customer services was great but don't think I'll stop here again. I come to the area 3 to 4 times a week. Food is very much important to me so the 3 stars from the great employee you had at front .
The food prep area was very clean and the staff is excellent. They were respectful, packaged my food well, and moved quickly despite having a technical issue with the drive-thru. That's what I care most about with fast food, so I love it. Also, great cob salad!
It was 9pm and the drive thru was busyyyy. Food was hot and workers tonight were very nice. Thank you for great service.
