The wait in the drive-through line was close to 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me. The young girl that was working the window wasn't overtly rude but she was definitely not personable or friendly and didn't even bother to say thank you. The food was barely lukewarm and the wings were dry with very little sauce and hard like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long.
Fairly chaotic even though my fiancé and I went at rush hour lol. The girl working was really polite and I admired her hard work during that five o'clock rush (she needs a raise for sure, I wish I knew her name). The fries where fresh and everything was wonderful.
Really zaxbys? look at that little piece of chicken. The other tenders are small but do you really count that as a third tender for a big Zax snack? That’s pretty skimpy. Please do better for other patrons.
I’ve given benefit of the doubt to this location twice now. I specifically asked the drive thru attendant to double and triple check my order because the past two times at this location something was left out of my order. I live 25 minutes from this location. Once I got home, my wife informed me they yet again left out my daughter’s order. This location is ridiculous. I called the store and was rudely spoken too. Also, the store manager at the time is completely clueless on what’s going on. I guess I will have to yet again call corporate to get this issue resolved.
Order was completely wrong . I ordered Chicken fingers meal with no coleslaw and extra fries with extra honey mustard. I received Chicken fingers drenched in honey mustard and no extra fries. I also ordered a Chicken sandwich meal with lettuce on the sandwich, I got the sandwich with one piece of wilted lettuce.
Drive thru service was horrible. The Caucasian girl with dark hair taking my order was short and had an attitude for no apparent reason.The blonde cashier gave me the worst face ever. Not sure what their issue was. I ignored their attitudes because working in the food industry is hard but if I’m being polite and pleasant, I deserve good service. I should have taken a picture of how they had my chicken off on the side of my sandwich (under the lettuce) and NOT on my sandwich but I was in rush. It was very poorly made. I will not return.
Stood in line for 15 mins just to order our food and never got even acknowledge that they would be with me in a few minutes or nothing!! Another customer spoke up that we had been in line for 15 minutes with (being very polite) with no response back from the girl working the register so we waited another few mins and the same man ask for a manager on duty and the workers response was yes but never went and got the manager so we all walked out with a line of customers to the door. I have worked in fast food and retail alot in my life and I understand you get busy at times and get behind but the least that could have been done was spoke up and said that they were alittle behind and would get your order in just alittle bit.
Made order through the app, quite easy. Love the egg rolls are back but would like to see a regular sweet and sour sauce instead of sweet and spicy. Upset no more black n Bleu zalad. Order was ready when we got to the window. Still pricey but now what isn't!
