I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the food and how budget friendly it was compared to other fast food chains. I got the chicken sandwich meal and it was filling and had good flavor. Only reason for 4 stars is because I burnt my tongue a few bites in. It was EXTREMELY hot! I've never had a chicken sandwich do that before, but it's not their fault, can't complain too much because it was super fresh! My husband got the boneless nuggets with mild buffalo sauce and chicken tenders meal. He enjoyed it and is a big kid with how picky he is. Customer service was good. Nice and friendly, fast & accurate service. The atmosphere reminded me more of a sit down restaurant instead of a fast food restaurant which was a nice surprise.
Food and service was good - funnel cakes were tiny for the price! Definitely not worth paying more than $3 each.
Chciken was cold, and the service was rude and rushed. And hardly no fries and sauce. Never again. I'll just go to Wing Stop. Anyone looking at going here, I would say you best best is to avoid. They have gotten horrible
First time visit for myself and I must say it was a pleasure. The Zalad that I chose was great and made to perfection. Will visit again Thank Zaxby!!????
Been there 4x it never gets better. The people are rude, like way more rude than anywhere else, that's been constant. Out of the 4x I've been 1 time was good food. So that's a 25% chance of getting food you'll think is worth it. But, with that being said I had to wait 15mins for an order in a parking spot. With those times, why even call it fast food? Why charge so much? Easy to say, I wont ever return to this store or try it again. 4x is too much. The owner should play a bigger role in their store. Because what's going on now, is going to end his business.
All in all, it was a pretty good meal. Everyone seemed to be working hard and getting food put together. I only gave the food a 3 because the chicken was a little greasy and a bit bland for me personally
Great Service and Staff!! I made a mistake ordering my food on the app. When I went to the employees they went above and beyond to help me. Not only by making sure I received the right food but immediately handling to make sure I would not get charged twice. Not many places actually take the time to help, especially when it was on me and not them.
Previously 5 stars. I'd come by more often if y'all would fix your guest WiFi as advertised in the entrance. ???? your loaded fries are also bomb ???? ????
