Zaxbys is my favorite fast food place I always come back here at least once a month. The chicken and sauces are great. And the deals and accessibility to limited time items is always a steal.
It was also very easy to get my order that I made on the app.
My only slight complaint with this time was my fries weren't that seasoned. The funnel cake was good but I got that because it was part of the deal.
Overall, please go to Zaxbys.
First time ever eating here. Wasn't sure what to order, but the menu said the chicken sandwich was popular, so I ordered that and a club sandwich.
Service was quick and pleasant. Drive thru only (no dining inside).
The food was good. Pretty salty, but that's what most fast food is. I ordered the chicken sandwich 'spicy' but it wasn't exceptionally spicy. It still had good flavor.
The grilled chicken was disappointingly malodorous, hinting at its expiration well past its due date. Despite raising concerns with the general manager, their indifference towards the matter was evident. The lack of attention to food safety and customer satisfaction was alarming, casting a shadow over the dining experience.
The food at Zaxby's was disappointing, lacking in flavor and freshness. Additionally, the service was marred by the rude behavior of the general manager. The overall experience left much to be desired, with both the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff falling below expectations.
Bad quality Horrible cooking they must have used cold oil to cook the fries because they looked and tasted dry and oily. The bread was white with Zero seasoning and garlic. The chicken was ok at best with a fishlike taste, it felt very greasy compared to other Zaxbys.
Zaxby's cleanliness is lacking, with reports of dirty facilities and unkempt surroundings. Additionally, allowing homeless individuals to linger in the restaurant can create an uncomfortable dining environment for customers. Improving cleanliness standards and addressing issues of loitering would enhance the overall experience for patrons.
I get home... and the amount of food I was given is disrespectful. There's literally less than 10 fries............ it's basically an empty box. This is the second time this has happened.
Food is always fresh and tastes good. I had a great encounter with an employee named Brendin at the drive thru. He was very kind and accommodating when it came to the wait for our food.
