Literally ordered the chicken teriyaki 5 peice the number 4 and also fried pickles and I get crumbs for food and no fried pickles really upset when I had drive 2 hours to work here and driving home now just wanted to grab a bite before my way up and get robbed from thanks a lot also looks like every review from this one zaxby sucks and they apologize and do absolutely nothing to fix it please look at all these nasty review and ether go to different company
Do yourself a favor and do NOT stop in. Upon entering, the floors were filthy. Inside was exactly the same…unfortunately, we did not notice until after we ordered and looked for a seat. There were well over 30 tables and we finally found one that was relatively clean. Food and debris littered the floor under the tables and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I was afraid to go into the restroom for fear of what I may find. I would give the restrooms a 3 out of 5…if that tells you anything. Now, let’s talk about the food. The 5 piece meal had literally (they were counted) 14 fries that were not hot and what looked to be 5 large chicken nuggets. It cost over $11 for basically a happy meal. What little chicken was there under the thick batter tasted old and dry. I usually don’t give out a 1 star but because of the uncleanliness it had to be done…never mind how bad the food was.

Cobb salad tonight was picture perfect !!! I brought it home & opened ~~~ I should have taken a picture!! All items were placed perfect. “Red” tomatoes, chicken, cheese, onion pieces, 1 boiled egg, cucumbers were all in ready to eat & enjoy. Thank you for hard work, dedicated to satisfying!!
I went through the drive through and I paid for an extra ranch. When I checked my bag it wasn't there so I went back to get it and Emily (the GM) took my bag to see if it was in there, then she opened my food without washing her hands or wearing gloves after she had been handling money. I asked her not to touch the food without doing one or the other, but she did it anyway. She then called me a liar and said that she just packed the bag. Then she threw the bag out the window to me and my food went everywhere except in the box that it was initially in, and she threw a packet of ranch, As I was asking her a question she slammed the window in my face..... When I ordered my food and then paid, I had to pull up to wait for it, There was a car in front of me that had pulled up to wait for their food as well, that wasn't a problem. But I was right beside a camera when I checked my bag and I didn't lie about a damn ranch sauce, the camera can prove that. I've NEVER been treated like that at any restaurant. Zaxbys usually has decent customer service but Emily who is supposed to be the GM doesn't need a job that consists of dealing with public. I won't be back to this restaurant until I speak with the District manager. There's literally no reason for her to act the way she did. If I could give Zero stars for service. I would!!
I have never been to this Zaxby’s location and not had my order messed up. The first time I ordered a salad and got 1/2 a salad portion. The second time I went there I got no sauce at all. And now the third time I ordered door dash. I am allergic to tomatoes yet there were tomatoes in my salad WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ORDERED NO TOMATOES, on top of that I got no sauce for my salad. And no utensils for it either.
We are out of town. We ordered for curbside service. Checked in when we arrived. After waiting over 20 minutes went inside. They said they couldn't see our vehicle over another vehicle so didn't think we were there. Then got our order wrong so we had to wait even longer. Food didn't taste very good anyway so they wait really wasn't worth it.
I have never been treated so bad at a restaurant was I was today at this one I ordered my food it was very clear what I wanted! I checked my food at window like I do at every restaurant! And all wasn’t there. I told them what I was missing 4 staff I could see immediately started arguing that I was wrong! I told them what I had wanted and gave my receipt back and said I pay for it if I wasn’t charged right!!! She took the food I had instead of giving me the food I was missing which was 5 wings and charged me another 5.00 and give me more food which was still wrong and then got smart and very upset raising her voice at me with my toddler in the car I said once again what I ordered she close window for a min reopening it telling me I had to pay more I told her I was not! who took my order they can tell you what i wanted! she come to window yelling at me too they refused to give me my food I ordered and pay for when I called supervisor she hung up on me I will never eat here again
