Messed the order completely up. I asked for coleslaw and got fries. I'm allergic to potatoes so I threw it out. I was traveling on the road and didn't have time to turn around to go back. The chicken was overcooked and tasted old
I love Zaxby's where I live 5 minutes down the Str. They have always been courteous and kind to me. The food is delicious and filling. I am always a happy camper
Metter Ga
I love Zaxby's. Their nibbler meal ???? is really good. I give 4 stars because the fries at any of the Zaxby's have too much salt for me. But, the one in Metter was really good, I can say.
fast, nice drive thru experience and got 2 meals for $20
The staff was rude and there were several workers standing around not doing anything. 1 register open on a Friday night. No tea, no straws, no ice, no lids. The chicken smelled burnt and when it was brought to their attention they got an attitude. My container was broken and half the toppings were in the bag. Probably won't eat here again and I go through Metter quite a bit.
Food is always alright and I never have problems with the staff. I think they need some humidity control though. There was mold growing inside a Lone Ranger picture frame and the floor always seems slippery.
Man, you just gotta love Zaxby's ...

Absolutely absurd that this busy Zaxbys (one of the few stops along I-16) does not have a changing table in the bathroom.
