This zaxbys is so annoying. Terrible customer service and terrible at making orders correctly. And I have given them MANY chances to make this right. Every time I order from here I get items that are supposed to have sauce on them, but never get any sauce and if there is it’s a slight drizzle from the next room basically. Every time I have called to complain they say all they can do is for me to bring back the food for new food. Because I definitely want to drive all the way back just for them to make something right. Even when I order sauce on the side to make up for their laziness, they forget to put it in the bag too. They need to either figure out how to make food properly or offer better customer service. I have picture proof of this happening multiple times.

Generally speaking when I order it go big I don’t really seem to get any more food but this time I actually did 10/10
Came here yesterday for lunch and ordered 4 menu items, had to wait but the food came out hot and fresh. However, apparently they dropped one of my chicken tenders on the floor and put it in my big zak snack with fuzz and all!!! This is a terrible thing to do in the food industry. Will NOT return to this location! Not the best picture, but it was disgusting!!!
First I love Zaxby’s chicken fingers. Tonight because of a “special offer” in honor of Nurses Week I ordered their Boneless wings. They were AWFUL. Not the same flavor/taste as Zaxby’s chicken. I will still go to Zaxby’s, but wanted others to know the wings are just like any other frozen boneless wing, nothing special and not the same taste as Zaxby’s chicken fingers.
I’m giving 2 stars because I feel like I was deceived. Management listen to your loyal customers please.
Family wanted a quick meal so we stopped by here. It did take a bit to do the order, but wasn't too bad. I was ordering (which took a bit as is) and it came to taking the name for the order, the fella just couldn't get it right. I told him my name (a simple 3 letter name) and had to repeat it several times. During the repeat and the initial name, I told him how to spell it. I sit down with the family while we are waiting on our order. I heard the name Keith called. I stayed there sitting for a moment and a something told me I needed to go check (because of how fumbled the ordering was and all). Yeap...it was our order and they got the name completely wrong. Fortunately, the order was accurate. We get the meal and of course the chicken is small and the fries unseasoned. Not sure what Zaxby's is doing, but it's definitely heading the wrong direction.
Our first visit here and it was just "okay". We stopped when it wasn't real busy and the chicken fingers I got seemed "old" and dry and I personally wasn't a fan of their signature sauce. It reminded me of a Cane's with a few extra food choices such as wings. But give it a try you may like it. I did like the funnel cake dessert, and the restaurant itself was clean and well maintained.
Zaxby's has pretty good chicken. Sometimes the weight can be a bit long if you're trying to go to the drive-thru, but for the most part it's pretty good. The salads are as well. I don't always go here, but anytime I ever want a good salad I really don't mind driving the distance to get one because the salad's here are more full in my opinion. So I hope you guys enjoy your meal.
First time here and it was fantastic. Chicken is the best. Crispy yet tender and juicy. Music was a little too loud. We couldn’t hear them call our name when the order was ready.
