Food hot and fresh. Think I got shorted on finger count but ate so fast, not for sure. If they get in a hurry in the kitchen, they don't season the fries that well. Over all, a good place to eat and visit. Management is pretty good about helping get the food out in a timely manner. I do also like that they offer a family meal.
This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great, everything prepared as ordered. Other times (our last visit) the food is sad (barely any chicken or cheese on the salad and fries.
I'm sure there is a standard for how much of each ingredient goes in a salad or loaded fries.
Wish they were consistent.
I went to Milledgeville 00901 Zaxby's today, 5/21/2024. I place my order and waited over 10 minutes for my food. Well, no food waited a little longer, so I walked up to counter and asked for a refund. Manager act as if she did not want to give it to me. At that moment the ladies in a red Zax shirt slung my food over to me. The hold time I was there I watched how this lady was talking and treating customers and employees. A bad attitude and hateful speaking. Erin the cashier was very nice and I saw her turn around to help this lady out and she snapped at her. This lady in red shirt needs to be in back and not out where customers are. On top of that, I get to my car and open the container to get a French frie and my food was cold like it had been sitting there. My opinion is Milledgeville has to many fast food place to eat at with better service, that they should be competing to keep business. Zaxby here is off my list!!!!
The employees steal so bad. There are very little for customers. Employees take home seasonings for fries. And also majority of fresh fries and chicken. Management has to be in on this. Also how has ZAXBYS not looked into this??? This place is awesome if you're an employee but really sucks for customers. Shame on ZAXBYS !
Normally a dining experience at Zaxby's is a five star experience, but today's experience will leave us finding a suitable alternative.
First of all the place was dirty. The floor was strewn with litter, the entrance door was filty. Ugh!
What's with the Boneless Chicken Wings not coming with celery anymore? And, if no celery then why give Ranch Dressing with the wings? Also, what happen to the mushrooms no longer being on the menu?
Well, we had a good run with this chain. Apparently it is time to move on to greener pastures.
The crew was overwhelmed and argumentative with a small handful of customers at 3pm on a Sunday. There were no napkins, the soda machines were out of several products, and the restroom had no soap or paper towels. They got our order correct, but it took over 20 minutes. I don't recommend stopping in if you're in a rush.
Placed an order that was feeding 12+ people. It was missing several items. Called and the manager "Hannah" was rude, and didn't even know the store number.
Said that I had to bring all the food back up there. I live at the lake,so that was not a viable option.
I was just hoping that it was set off to the side and they forgot to bag it.
The kids that's working there was tossing stuff around in the kitchen playing.
Not the way Gary would run this store (the owner). However he has been notified of this behavior.
To those that work there: You never know who you'll be serving. Might just be a really good friend of the one that signs your paycheck.
I recently stopped coming to this Zaxby's of Milledgeville because of the food quality and high prices is horrible. I ordered a Wings and Things with everything in Hot Honey Mustard Sauce. Everything was good and fresh Except the Wings. Zaxby's needs to STOP serving Old Traditional Wings (Bone-In Wings.) The wings I got today smelled old and tasted like they were two weeks old. I couldn't eat them. Now, I paid $15.00 for some old wings and that ain't right. I had a feeling that something wasn't fresh, because of how fast they handed it to me at the drive-thru window. So I had a feeling the wings were old. This isn't the first time either that I got a Wings and Things and the wings were bad, everytime I spent my money at this Zaxby's, the food has been bad, from the wings to the salad. The salad be the worst, they give you a $5.00 salad and charge $13.00. This is the very reason I stopped coming to this restaurant. They don't care about the quality of food that they give their customers, but we the people are the ones that are buying old spoiled food and it isn't right to the customers at all. They need to clean house and get people in there that cares about their food and customers, because I definitely won't be spending my money there no more until some changes be made. Thank you.
