Looked like my sandwich hit the floor and was scrapped up. Bun was in 2 pieces. It was our first time. At Zaxby's ever . I'll stick to the professionals at Popeyes ????.
First let me say I have been to this location many times over the years, and enjoy the food and feel the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I think the prices are a bit high, but I still choose to go there, so that's on me. The reason I am marking them down now is an experience I had yesterday going through the drive-thru. After placing my order, I pulled up behind a car at the window that had 2 dogs moving about in the car and putting their heads out the driver window. I witnessed a male employee and an older female employee pet one of the dogs through the drive thru window numerous times with the dog licking all over their hands. When I got to the window to get my drink and food, the same woman who was just petting the dog handed me my drink & straw, and the man who was petting the dog was just behind her, and neither had had time to go wash their hands in the seconds since the car with the dogs had driven away. Thankfully, a nice young lady whose hand had not been seen touching the dogs handed me my food. Now, I like dogs as much as the average person, but I do not want anyone who is touching my food or the food packaging to do so with tainted hands. It really grossed me out, and I almost asked for a refund. No restaurant employee should be petting animals and then touching people's items without washing their hands. It's not cute. Do better, Zaxby's!
The service got my order wrong I ordered a Mr beast box and it came with Zac sauce and ranch when I got home there was no sauces or feastables. Very disappointed
This place used to be pretty good with the chicken but this is maybe the 3rd time I’ve gotten screwed for my money, these are supposed to be chicken tenders they are more like nuggets.. not worth $10 very disappointing you guys can do better
The service at this Zaxby’s is always so great. The associates are friendly and always provide the best service they can with a smile. And the Peach Sweet Tea is always the best! Thank you for having always providing good service. Our family appreciates you!
I ordered a large fry along with zax sauce and a sweet and spicy sauce. My total came to $3.68. I gave the woman my card at the drive through window to pay for the purchase. I noticed it was taking a little longer than usual to complete the transaction. Something told me to check my bank statement and sure enough, I was charged twice and received one large fry. I called the store to explain what occurred and was told without a receipt they have no way of knowing if I indeed received one large fry or two. So, Zaxby's kept my money and refused to refund it or give me store credit toward a future purchase even though it clearly shows two separate purchases on my bank statement for $3.68. If I wanted two large fries, I would have ordered two at the same time. Imagine if I had ordered $30.00 dollars worth of food or more. I would be short of $30.00 with Zaxby's refusing to refund my money or give me store credit. So, be careful when going to Zaxby's off of Beach Blvd. Remember to keep your receipt because a bank statement alone won't cut it.
I got the new 8 piece w the new garlic buffalo sauce. The sauce is great. Chicken had been around a while. They discontinued the chips. Too bad I loved them. But somehow a chip was mixed in w my fries. So I have to wonder... Was the grease so old it still has chips since before they were discontinued?
