I typically order Big Zax Snak at least once a day when I'm in town.
Little more expensive than other fast food alternatives, but I enjoy the interior and ambience. I sometimes spend whole days just enjoying myself; The location is beautiful. Would recommend for kids that enjoy good fried chicken.
Jessica is awesome, but don't ask about her cats. She will talk endlessly about those felines...
Lunch was awesome I love their salads. I added an extra chicken finger and the sweet tea was off the chain. Received a very warm welcome from Jessica. She came over and talked to me after my order as she saw me taking pictures of the decor. I absolutely recommend you go there for a meal.

I grew up in Riverwood, which is the neighborhood right next to Zaxbys. It was always to go to spot and was so good. It has gone so down hill! The service is very slow and very inconsistent. 90% of the time, they have forgotten a portion of my order. I have to park and go back in. When I go, the workers seem very annoyed! It does seem there are a lot of kids that work here which may contribute to that. I would recommend driving the extra distance and going to the Zaxbys off Ronald Reagan Drive. I've never had a bad experience there and they have fast service!
It was my first time visiting this location, and I was very pleased. The food was fresh and hot, and the service was very good too. I will definitely visit again.
Did not receive any sauces at all. Did not receive any straws with drinks, did not receive any napkins and my drink cup was cracked to the point it soaked my car.
I ordered the wings n things with Traditional wings and my wings was hard to bite into! ????, Please serve your customers fresh wings!
