Just stopped by this location after a busy and tiring shift and had such a great experience. The gentleman taking drive thru orders, Zach, had such a pleasant voice and manner of speaking. A different gentleman was at the window but so kind as well. I thought wow, how often do you leave a 3 minute drive thru interaction in a better mood than before? Great customer service by these guys and I thought it deserved some praise!
Great experience, Naudia, who took my order, was super friendly. The food came out hot and quickly. Definitely some of the best fried chicken I've had while visiting Atlanta. Restaurant was relatively clean, but a bunch cramped with a lot of people. Great location with lots of parking
i loved the inside of the place from the signs to the options of drinks. the zaxbys sauce was amazing and the fries were delicious, was a long drive for us but definitely worth the treck. i got the signature chicken sandwich loved it to bites, not a long wait for our food either
Went there today and the customer service was horrible. Usually it’s pretty good at this location, but the two women working the window in the drive thru handed me my food and drink without speaking and seemed so bothered to be at work. William B., the young man who was standing outside and took my order was amazing. His positive attitude needs to rub off on those two who worked the drive thru window. I wish I had the names of the two women who were unprofessional.
Look at how many fries they put in the small box. Just sad to say the least
They Gave me fries that taste stale and burnt.
I went inside to ask for a refund and I was told that I could not get a refund.
I definitely called corporate because I will receive my refund one way or another. The manager was very rude. And I suggest you do not waste your money at this location. How are you going to tell me a consumer that no longer wants your food or your services that you cant give me a refund?? Are you serious. Avoid this location at all cost. Yes they made me new fries but guess what they were half done this is a very ghetto location and I said it once and I will say it again do not go here
Omg I pulled through the drive thru and Shaniya R. didn’t open her mouth and say ONE WORD THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION!!!!!!!!!! I pulled up, she held out her hand, I gave her my card, she closed the window, opened the window, gave me my card, passed me the drinks, gave me my food and closed the window!!!! No “ hi” or “bye”..barely even made eye contact but as I’m pulling off she starts talking to her co workers. I thought she was a mute until I pulled off and heard her. That strawberry lemonade was godd as hell tho I can’t lie lol
The number 1 combo meal. Fries were cold and stale tasting. Yuck. ???? Most times this location is a 5-star. Maybe next time.
After purchasing meals with drinks. Sprite and Dr pepper. Sodas tasted very flat and watered down. Fries where below room temperature and soggy. Wings and things as well as club sandwich cold outside and inside as of the whole meal was kept in the fridge then took out when ordered.
This is what I get for $25.97????????????
SMH!!!!!
Could have eaten at longhorn for almost the same price an gotten hot food.
