Nice restaurant that served our order well. The food was good and was well kept.
The staff members were friendly and respectful. They placed the order accurately. The customer service was excellent. The restaurant was clean, and there were no undesirable odors. I will return to eat here when I am in the area. I would recommend my friends and family members to come here.
Very slow drive through service. Signs for egg rolls and the Zensation salad are bold, clean and duplicative yet- they no longer serve these items. Why are the signs still prevalent?
I was so disappointed in everything during this visit to Zaxby's, but the most upsetting was the tiny portions of food at increased prices. Our salad had one chicken tender on it. My coleslaw was teaspoon size portion and wasn't in a container...when did they stop that? Our fries were not only limited, but had very little seasoning and were cold and limp. Another restaurant bites the dust. Bad service, untidy environment, and horribly portioned and prepared food at a premium price. No thanks!
This was the second and last time i came to this location and the reason is because they cant seem to get it right!!! The first time i barley had the special sauce on the sandwich which was the only reason i got it and the last time was because i got like 12 fries in my order! Isnt fries the cheapeat thing you could really order and they only gave me 12... i called and asked what was going on are yall low on it or something and he said we only give 5 oz of fries... waiting in line for 30 minutes isnt worth the trouble of not being completely satisfied with your food. Dont eat here. Better off going to chick-fil-a right around the corner! At least youll be happy!
The drive thru attendant was so interested in her personal group conversation with the other person helping with orders.
When asked for additional items and was given an attitude along with hand gestures. Rushing me.
My food had no sauce and my other order was missing Zaxby's house sauce..
I was hesitant already coming there to eat based on the experience that I had in Orlando..
Extremely long wait time for an online order with no customer service for these kids working here. Just a here you Go with my incomplete order. The young lady on the phone was great with receiving me in, but the delay in service from performance and quality. Please let try something different. I was expecting some different than what i got.
Came to this location, ordered, watched 10/15 customers who paid after me get their meal. After asking, he initially said my order was given out already as if I’d lied about my food. Only to tell me it had never been made. So I waited again! I’m normally not offended by such mistakes but the overall presentation was disappointing to say the least. With so many other options in the area, I definitely won’t return.
