I love this location and the food usually is very good and consistent service can be slow inside but drive thru is quick. The big issue I have is a food quality issue that can be easily resolved with some food paper for the fries. The establishment will put hot fries from the fryer into a Styrofoam box and will melt the plastic into the fries totally unacceptable and can be easily fixed as soon as they implement this necessary item into their hot food boxes I will gladly update this review.
Terrible experience today. Food was good once I got it….service wasn’t. No point in using app…can’t find order even though I had my email confirmation. Told I was too early (5 minutes before pick up time) waited drove back around sat in line to be told they didn’t have the order. And yes it was placed at the correct location…she asked at least 5 times about the address. Always slow here, but staffing, I know it happens and frequent the store anyway, because food is good…this was just not a great time today and probably will not come back for a while if at all.
Food is usually really good unless they leave it sitting there forever if you placed a mobile order because they apparently can't place it on the to go section outside. The customer service is awful and let's not talk about how they're so uncoordinated that they can only take one car at a time here. If there's multiple cars be ready to sit for awhile because they don't act like a fast food restaurant. Hell captain Ds is faster than this place! If you can't work a fast food restaurant and keep up, please don't work it at all then. Edit: The lady with acne on her face, she's great. She works her butt off compared to the others for the front. She honestly I'd the only one to do anything and keep it going. She deserves a raise or position raise.
I would give all 5 stars, but myself and another gentleman were waiting for our to go orders and at least 4 minutes went by without anyone asking us if we needed help or if we were waiting for our orders. Both of our orders were on the counter behind cash register just sitting.
Whenever I pull into this zaxby's in Carolina Forest, MB,SC I cringe if there are more than one car in the drive thru line. If it is I just pull off and have seen others pull off. . Anytime I have ever waited with more than one in line it is always 5 to 10 minutes per car. They will not take an order if the car at the window is not done. I got to the window and asked why is it such a long wait time and they said it's only two of us in here....Everytime? No it's not...I have seen more people in there and it was the same. Then they said we are on a timer at the window so we can't let people sit and wait. Sounds like Zaxby's needs to focus on customer service instead of a timer and hire more people...I work in a restaurant near by and understand the hiring process. If you can't keep help then you need to look at your management. The food is ALWAYS GOOD! But I'm sure it because they cook every order when it's ordered.
It’s 9:48 as i write this when i pulled in at 9:20ish there was a line I’m now waiting for my food the women working the window for the drive they and who they have running food to numerous cars i wish i could hug them! These ladies are working their butts off smiling faces sweet names to the customers during one of the areas busiest tourist times bike week these workers deserve all the praise i hope you and your boss sees this review y’all deserve to be celebrated for your hard work.
Very rude service, the manager on duty was talking about a customer in the drive thru that was deadline with a disrespectful child. That isn’t any of the managers concern at all. She needs to have better customer service and worry about her job instead of a parent and there child.
Food is great. A little expensive and not always hot for the time you have to wait in drive thru
