Forgot about my order which was placed at 10:24 and when I went up to ask about it I was completely ignored for 10 minutes. When I finally got their attention I was told “well fried pickles take a long time.” Finally got my order at 10:51 and my fried pickles were completely cold. As soon as I sat down the staff promptly told me that I had 8 minutes to eat because they were closing. Two of my friends who also ordered then had to wait even longer for their order as their tickets were completely forgotten. Very disappointed!!!!
Just placed a delivery order for my son and I. He got his chicken fingers but has coleslaw instead of double fries and my Signature sandwich was not in the bag. Tried to contact the store manager to inform them but went to voicemail. Worst experience with this location.
The food is chicken based. It tastes good, a little salty for my taste. the combo is accompanied by French fries, they are served toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a refill on the drink. I recommend it.
Idk what it is about this location, but they definitely skimp on the fries. I ordered large fries for an extra 50 cents, and instead of coleslaw, my second side was fries. This is what they gave me. It's frustrating bec I always walk away with I kid u not like 10 fries. It's annoying.
Literally ruin my day with how they messed up my order. Order 3 extra sauce only to get none for these dry salty chicken. Drink lid ain’t on and spilled everywhere bc the material is cheap. Didn’t get me double extra fries or refund after spending too much and waiting long. Bump this Never again!!!!!! They don’t care this is just a cash grab
If you dine in you'll have a decent experience, but God, please listen to me. Do not use their delivery service. They will absolutely mess up your order (suffered this a couple of times unfortunately). They will replace things without consulting you, not even a message, or just outright not give you what comes included with the meals. I ordered a Mr. Beast Box to try the Feastables, which is a kinda pricey meal compared to their regular meals. My drink cup was drenched in soda, no straw, my dipping sauce was not sealed completely and all over the bag. The food soggy and guess the icing on the cake... no feastable which is the whole purpose of the box. Honestly the food is not bad but unless you drive there is not worth it to order delivery. And if you do take out please check your order before leaving the building. And don't bother calling the restaurant, they never pick up the phone. And if you send a message, be 100% sure it will be ignored. I will not be using their delivery services again.
This Zaxby's on Forest City road is pretty new, one or two years old. So of course it still looks great from the outside. I've only tried the drive through a few times and it's been a good experience each time. They have great salads and I just tried some chicken strips that were great. I also love that they include garlic bread with there meals, which sets them apart from the other chicken spots. I will definitely give them another try in the future.
Food is really good. Only bad thing is that they always fill 95% ice and 5% drink. Might have to start asking for light ice.
