Long wait but pretty good all around! Food was delicious. Fried pickles were so yummy. Parking lot and going in and out of drive thru wasn't the easiest.
Good food but they have downsized the amount to give you in UP'd there prices....."sigh" Also I'm not sure why but I seem to not yet the seasoning on my fries and stuff even when I have asked it might seem very small to some people but this makes all the difference in the world to me... If I'm gonna spend that much I can go somewhere that will.....
The four finger combo is ridiculous. They give you three little pieces of chicken tenders. It’s like you have to open the box before leaving the drive thru to check your food. They gave me a tender like someone took a bite off it too.
The food was great, staff was super nice. Our food was ready super fast. This was by far the fastest drive thru I've ever been to. The parking lot was really dark, especially around back at the drive thru and where the employees were parked. This is a safety issue not only for customers, but for employees that work til closing!
Delicious wings and toast, crisp fries and refreshing drinks. Barbecue has a strong spicy kick that tastes so good with the wings! Amazing food. ????
They get a four star review because they were fast, friendly and efficient. They would have received a five, but in typical Zaxby’s fashion they are so inconsistent on their wings. Some times thy are plump, sometimes they’re not. This time they were very small. It looks like they were grabbing them straight from the egg to the fryer. Maybe these are called young chickens. 15 min old.
The grilled chicken Cobb salad is very large and delicious!
The chicken club sandwich was also very good the french fries are adequate.
They have one of those Coke machines that have many many different varieties of drinks in them, so there's something for everyone.
The employees here are wonderful they even help me decide on what I was going to order.
The restrooms were clean as well as the seating area and there are so many things to look at on the walls makes for good reading!
The manager Andrea went above and beyond. I was missing some food when I got home and she delivered it personally! Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure your customers were happy! You deserve a raise!
