We don't have Zaxby's where I live, so I visit every chance I get. The chicken fingers are always hot, fresh, and juicy. I wish you guys would build one near Lake Charles! The cashier was so nice and courteous. I will definitely come back when I'm in town again.
I eat here often bc it’s right across the street from my job but this location really aggravates me. The orders are never correct, they always forget your sauce, fries are never seasoned or they taste old. My recent order took 30 mins for 3 tenders and fries even though I ordered online. I often expect to be disappointed when I visit here and after reading some of the other reviews, nasty fries and slow service seems to be the new standard.

Absolutely love their food, French fries were disappointing as they were kinda warm and soggy and they didn't have any buns that weren't frozen and still charged me full price so I'm a little disappointed.
I came by today and the person who took my order paid attention to detail and made my food exactly how I asked thank you.
Placed an online order at 12:50 that was supposed to be ready at 1:11pm, didn't get my order until well after 1:35. The staff were just standing around having a good ol time (doing nothing) and not really focused on getting orders out. This will absolutely be my last time visiting this location.
I love zaxbys but the one in Zachary is awful. If you go anytime after nine pm you're going to get a mixed bag. The closing time is 10 pm, but I've been told several times between 9 and 9:45 that they are closed. And each time it's a different excuse. I hope upper management sees this and fixed this problem. This has been an ongoing issue for months now.
Food is not cookies all the way … felt sick when I ate it earlier.. so I just saved it for later… paid close attention to my food when I reheated it and it tasted really.. odd . So I turned on my flash light and saw this uncooked mess…
Memo, I’ve got some takeout from here. It was pretty good. We got the Parmesan chicken loaded potatoes fries. It was good.❤️❣️
I ordered 3 meals tonight around 8:30 & got home to enjoy my meal & my toast was full of salt. My son's chicken sandwich was salty also. There was absolutely no reason to have salt on my toast. I have hypertension & do not eat a lot of salt. If there isn't management on shift tonight there needs to be before those kids cause someone to suffer from a stroke.
