It was my first time visiting the food was really good definitely will go again
Delicious food!!! Great staff!!! I was chatting in the lobby with some friends, and the kind gentleman (didn't see his name without mely glasses, so sorry) brought me my to go order to the table. Now that's great service.
The only thing that made me put a 4 ⭐, (and I wish there was a 4.7), was
1) the app never works (not this store's fault, btw), corporate issue
2) the prices have gone way up, and you can never find coupons
The food was okay. Boneless was a little too crunchy for me. Drink machine in lobby wasn’t working and the counter workers seemed bothered to fix diners drinks. Even after we sat and ate our food, they still hadn’t fixed it.
This is the best Zaxbys I have been to. I usually stop for lunch when I am in Frankfort.
Went here for chicken strips. While I got a 5 piece I had 4 pieces of chicken. I wanted no slaw extra toast, got coleslaw and no toast. Not only coleslaw but it was ALL OVER the box and bag. They even repeated my order back to me twice. Ridiculous.
I'd have to give this 5 stars because it can't get any better as it relates to Zaxby's. The food was cooked properly. The Men's room was clean and the Server was motivated and pleasant.
Service 10/10, food 2/10. Would not recommend the nibblers. Waste of money and carbs. I can handle the burnt bread, but the fraction of the chicken put on it was a waste. I can NOT recommend.
The boneless wing were cold and tasted like they were yesterdays leftovers.. chewy dry and cold... Zaxby's has raised their prices and downsized servings noticeably.. the 10 pc boneless wings probably weighed 4 ounces .. mostly breading and tiny.. the amount of salt they have on their breading is overwhelming now because there's no chicken.. the quality of their chicken fingers has suffered the same shortcomings and have gone up in price so much they are way toooo expensive... So we are done with Zaxby's for good..
