I see alot of really bad reviews so I was skeptical but I must be honest. I had an above avg experience here. My food was very fresh it was definitely made to order. The wait wasn't long at all. The lady taking my order was very polite. I have to give a top score.
today is the 20th of May. it was around 3:40pm. the woman at the window where you get your food was so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I was polite, like I always. I used to work in food service so I tend to be super nice. I ordered a small zax snack w a dr pepper and an extra extra zax sauce. I asked her for ketchup she thew it in my bag, handed me the food in such a hostile way that was completely unnecessary. I was being so nice. saying my please and thanks yous. I never go back to this establishment if this is the way they treat customers.
This is a review for the new location on Sam Nunn Blvd. Zaxbys built a brand new restaurant close to the Hampton Inn. They just closed their old restaurant.
I like the new location better cause you can turn there from the traffic light on the other side.
This new restaurant is bigger then their old Zaxbys and the AC works in this one. The only thing I don't like is like the other the bathroom only has one toilet and one urinal.
Been a great Zaxby's experience last several visits. I remembered to come leave a review this time to brag on I believe this time it was Robert at the drive thru window, very friendly. The kind of friendliness and experience that makes someone want to come leave a comment. Thanks to everyone at this Perry, GA location!
Ordered 4 meals, given all 4 drinks and get home 20 miles away to find only 3 meals. No one will answer phone. You guys suck!
Restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. The boneless wings were really good with a ton of sauce on them. Wish they offered bleu cheese rather than ranch. Staff was friendly
The attitude of the staff was really terrible.the Cobb salads me and my wife ordered the lettuce tasted
Sour. When we complained they said we had to call back to speak with management. The restroom where nasty and no paper towels we will not be going back to this one ever
The food is always Fresh and Hot. I just wished they would have gave me more sauce on my kicking chicken sandwich. Oh yes, they actually put seasoning on fries compared to all the Zaxby's I've been too. ????
